Best Air Duct Cleaning

Bought a Groupon for air duct cleaning. Seemed like a good deal: $59 for a $289 value. They called the day before they were supposed to come out: the deal was not good for the "first time" cleaning we needed. Nothing in the Groupon states that. Multiple subsequent emails and calls are not answered. Bait and switch! I guess we're out the money we paid for their bogus deal.

We bought their Groupon deal for $59 months ago, they couldn't get us on the calendar until January. They then wanted to upsell us a different service for roughly another $250 when they arrived. One of the techs knocked a water pitcher off a shelf in our kitchen during the service and did not tell us about it, he just picked it (and the two broken pieces that came out of it) up and put them back on a different shelf. We didn't discover that it was broken until later that evening. We managed to speak with one of the two guys that evening, who said it wasn't him, must have been the other guy, (and still tried to sell us the additional $250 cleaning) and said he would talk to his boss and have someone call us. That didn't happen. I have called the office several times in the two weeks since trying to speak with a manager, and my husband has also called. No one has bothered to call us back yet to address this or offer any sort of recompense for the broken item. Therefore I can't recommend this company to anyone else.

There technicians dragged a vent cover and left a 4 ft scratch in my brand new hardwood that cost nearly $700 dollars to repair. They have been unresponsive to complaints. I am currently in the process of taking them to small claims court.

It was a scam to get in the house to then sell you duct cleaning for much more money. They did clean the vents. But not my furnace or even the filter. They were not here between the designated hours and did not call to say they would be late. However I suppose I got what I paid for.

This was a terrible experience overall. Firstly, the coupon for $225.00 in the reach magazine is only to get their foot in your door. I was met by 2 individuals who actually did a fine job except it was not made clear to me that the charge was PER FURNACE. Instead, they presented it that since the coupon only covered 10 vents, we would be charged EXTRA for the extra vents PER Furnace NOT that we would be charged an ADDITIONAL $225 because there was another furnace. JENNIFER, the "general Manager" was so superior-acting that her only action was to call the person who came to do the cleaning and ask if he was clear or not. I'm sure he thought he was clear, and I understood about the vents costing more because of the 2 furnaces but NOT THAT EACH FURNACE WAS $225.00

It took them about 2 hours. Three employees came out and it was a reasonable experience. They even showed me a video of the returns before and after too.
