I paid for the oil change and tires. That's not under warranty. I think everything cars cost more than it should. They were on time and they met my expectations. They kept the appointment and I didn't have to wait very long. They took good care of my car.

We've dealt with the before. I had a question on my car and left the salesman a couple of voicemails about the car and he never did return them and I was upset about it. I'm going to be taking my car in for oil change and so I'm going to mention that that I called him and left voicemails a couple of times and I didn't get his voicemail. He got all the time in the wold and called me when I was trying to buy a car and now that I bought a car from them he didn't give me the time I needed. We really liked the car that we got.

The car salesman (Todd) was patient and accommodating. I wanted a fancier car and they made the trade without me asking. He made it happen.

Even though they rectified the situation, it all never should have happened in the first place if they cared about their customer. This is the second time I have received poor customer service from Beechmont Subaru. I will not go back. the ratings I have given reflect both the initial problem as well as their attempts to make up to me for their blunders.

Had Consumer Reports, and Edmonds pricing to help me determine what was a
good deal. Beechmont gave me a price $1000 below Edmonds fair market
value price. Free oil changes are great too, even though we are not
that close to this dealer. I trust their service department more than
Kings Subaru from past experience with another Subaru.

I purchased my vehicle at the dealership so I have free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. (Cool, huh?!)

My insurance company estimated and gave me a check that was well under 3 estimates.
Beechmont Suburu was recommended as an excellent body shop. I took my damaged car to Beechmont Suburu and expressed my dissatisfaction with my insurance company's estimate. The manager asked the amount of the insurance settlement. To my surprise, he said not to worry, that they could repair the damage for the amount alloted in the insurance check. It is important to point out that Beechmont Suburu's estimate was the lowest.
The manager called me and told me my car was ready for pickup. Admittedly, I expected the bill to be higher than the insurance check. However, I found not only did the car look brand new, but the manager just asked me to sign over the insurance check to the shop. I was not only well pleased with the work and their demonstrated compassion, but there were no hidden or elevated charges whatsoever. I recommend Beechmont Suburu just as they were recommended to me. After all, one good turn deserves another.

Body shop repaired, painted, and refinished rear bumper. John, the manager, was excellent to work with and guided me through the entire process. He kept me informed the entire time and delivered repairs as promised on time. Finished product was wonderful.

I purchased my car from them. Part of the purchase was free oil changes for life. That's a good reason to go. Subarus are like iron. They are great cars. If we do a lot for them every 30,000 miles we are going to be fine. My engine light had been on for a couple of months. They told me that that was not an urgent thing. My passenger side window no longer worked, and they fixed it.

Went well. Scheduled the service. It took less than an hour and they have a nice waiting room or you can walk over to one of the shops or businesses nearby.

I had multiple problems with a pre-owned Subaru I purchased from another local dealer. After the other dealer hung me out to dry Gary and his staff made everything right. Even though I didn't purchase the car from them, they still stood behind the car and made a bad situation into a good situation. They are more expensive, but I know my car is in good hands and will be repaired and serviced as promised. I wouldn't even consider another Subaru dealership to work on my car.
