BECKMAN SERVICES

The service tech arrived at my marina at a scheduled time and date.  He was very professional.  He identified that the compressor on the unit had failed and was "frozen".  He said that he would check with the office to get a quote to replace or repair the unit.  I did not hear from Beckman so after two weeks I called the office and told them that I had not received the quote.  The person answering the phone was not able to assist and told me that someone would give me a call.  After a couple more days I called again because they had not returned my call.  At that time I was told that they would not be able to perform the service I needed.  This responce was not expected because they had no problem telling me before there technician came out they frequently services marine A/C units and they had no difficulity accepting my $200 credit card payment.  They even required to have my credit card number before scheduling the original service call.  A $200 payment to be told what I already new, that the A/C did not work, and then did not follow through is very unprofessional and Angie's customers should no how this company treats there customers. .

Mr. Beckman was knowledgeable and very conscientious. He made an extra effort to resolve the problem. His diligence and concern saved me alot of money and more importantly, saved us from serious damage to appliances and to our home.
