They are reasonable, on time and they do what they said that their gonna done.

Beaver Tree Service removed 13 ailanthus altissima trees and ground out the stumps for the Mt. Washington Cemetery. They did a phenomenal job! It was less than a week from initial contact to completion of the project. They left the site in immaculate condition and the price was very reasonable. My main contact for this job was Bill Puls and he was as conscientious as they come. I recommend Beaver Tree Service unconditionally.

Perfectly. They came, they inspected, they quoted. We discussed over phone. They came, they removed tree. Left place so clean it was hard to tell they'd been there. They mailed the bill. They were very nice and it was not hard to do.

They were excellent. They came in the lowest in price and they were just fabulous. They came back and took out the roots. I have a giant tree in my front yard and it was like four feet across. It had been eating away at my drain pipes and they did an excellent job at removing it. They were very careful with their lift and I can't say enough good things about them. I liked everything about them. Everything. They were just fabulous. I can't think of one thing I liked more than another. I just like everything about them.

Amazing... They were excellent at working around so many obstructions.

One climber came to cut the branches with a chain saw and several men were on the ground to "catch," collect, rake, and haul to a chipper truck parked in front of our property. The job took a little over an hour. We were pleased with the way in which they worked, and that they took into consideration the health of the tree. Two other companies we had bids from wanted to chop the tree to pieces, but the Beaver Tree Company was concerned about the well fare of the living tree. We had the entire job done to get more light into our back yard to grow more grass and flowers and plants. Hopefully our goal will be met. Summer will tell! Also, some of the HUGE branches were very close to our roof, some even hanging over the roof of our home, so we wanted the branches trimmed back so they were not so close to our home.

Very well done removal of four trees and three stumps.

They were friendly, courteous, on time, and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves! You couldn't even tell they were here!

Perfect. Came home from work and it was complete. Very neat. I use them one or twice a year for tree work and I am always satisfied and recommended them to friends who have been satisfied. They get the work done and do a good job



cleaning up. Pricing is fair and they do talk about best option considering the health of the tree. I will use them again on my tall Hyde park trees!

They arrived on time and trimmed off exactly the amount I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I have been happy with Beaver Tree each time they have been here. They have reasonable pricing and take pride in their work.

They arrived early in the morning (I was at work)  and completed the job quickly, leaving the area cleaned up, with the stump shavings neatly distributed. They knocked on a neighbor's door and asked him to move his car so that there was no chance that the downed tree would cause any damage.

My only suggestion is that that the company let the customer know when they are coming to do the work , even if it is the night before; II would  have talked to my neighbor ahead of time then.

Showed up when they promised, took down trees quickly with minimal damage to yard - was to ground out stump of one - did a very poor job in this area as much of the stump and nearby roots were left intact

good work, amazing clean up.  I have used them multiple times.  You have to wait since they are usually busy but none of my work was an emergency.

It went well.  The work was done quickly and the area was cleaned well.  We didn't even notice they had removed 5 trees.  The cost was reasonable.

Perfect job from start to finish

We had a massive sweet gum tree in our front yard that had dropped large branches twice over a couple of months.  The second branch was huge and missed one of our vehicles by less than a foot.  We were very concerned about it losing another branch that could hit the house or a car, so we decided to have it taken down.  We called 4 companies to quote.  Beaver quoted the next day.  Two more companies came out to quote, but both declined to quote due to the size of the tree and complexity of taking it down (part of it was over power lines).  We committed to using Beaver early Thursday, but they couldn't come out for 2 weeks.  They called that night and had a cancelation for the following day.  The tree was down the next day.  We have retaining walls on both sides of our driveway, but they planned their attack carefully and miraculously managed to leave everything in perfect condition when they left.  We were very pleased!

Called on 8/13/13 was told that estimate would be dropped off in mail slot same day.  Did not get estimate until 8/18/13 in mailbox.  Price was about $1,000 more than most.

When I first called to schedule an estimate they were very responsive. The came out the next day but said they would call before they came which they didn't. When I called the following Monday to schedule no one answered. I called the two following days and by Thursday I emailed them and finally got a response. They said they tried calling but I guess had the wrong number (which I left numerous times). They finally came out and they work they did was great especially for the cost. It was just hard to get a hold of someone.

Went very well. They had a diificult place to work in. They had to use our neighbors yard to access the tree with a crane truck, which was okay with the neighbors. They worked as a team cleaned up their mess, protected the grass by placing plywood on ground before driving in the yards. Did a great job.
