We bought blinds from them when we bought the house in 2003 and one of the blinds that they installed had broken. They repaired it and were excellent. I took the blind down and took it to them. Then they brought it back and installed it. It is a 13-year-old blind and when they got into it they saw they needed all new parts because the plastic had all deteriorated. They rebuilt the whole thing. They were very responsive and did a great job. I definitely would go back to them again for any blinds. Their price seemed fair. They did not try to sell me. They could have told me it was broken and sold me a new blind, but they said it was cheaper to fix than replace. There was no hustle to it. I thought the price was reasonable, they had to buy all new parts, take the blind apart and fix it. They came and installed it. They were very easy to work with. It was a very good experience.  I would not call anyone else. There was a person on the phone I talked with. There was one guy that brought the unit out to install. Then we had a slight problem a couple of weeks later. They came right out and it was a third guy. They were all pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints.
