Pool and Spa Servicing
COMMUNICATION WITH COMPANY IN FALL 2002 WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. WAS SUCCESSFUL IN SPRING 2003. DUE TO RAINFALL HAD MANY SETBACKS, BUT MR. BAECKER COMMUNICATED WITH ME ON THE SCHEDULING MATTER. ALL IN ALL I WAS HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. IN THE FALL OF 2002 I DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM PHONE CALLS. THOUGH IN THE SPRING OF 2003 THEY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
