BA Distributing llc was Amazing! The Service Tech was prompt, professional and very skilled at his trade. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator. He had to go across town to retrieve the part needed and fixed our refrigerator quickly. The Customer Service BA Distributing provides is amazing. They are now our appliance repair company.

I had BA Appliance Repair come out to look at a washing machine that was only a few years old. Parts are backordered (COVID, I get it) and they tell me they will notify me as soon as they get it in. Part comes in, they call me right away, squeeze me into their schedule a day later. Repair is made, my wife is a very happy camper, and probably saved me $500 on buying a new washing machine. Hopefully I don't have to call them again, but if I do, it will be an easy call to make. Thanks again!

The reviews are real! I have nothing but good things to say about BA Repair and about Dean. I called them because my dryer had died. Dean was so considerate. He called me at the beginning of the 4-hour window to let me know about what time he'd arrive (3-4pm) in case I wanted to run errands, instead of having to sit home waiting. He then called when he was leaving his appointment before me for my '30-minute warning'! So my experience started out great. It only got BETTER!!! Dean was pleasant and professional and treated me well. (you know how sometimes repair people treat women like idiots? - Dean is NOT one of those types!!!) Anyway, he spent about 20+ minutes diagnosing the problem, and then let me know that we should start planning a funeral for our dryer because it was "dead". He explained that he COULD repair it if I wanted, but that the repair would cost as much or more than a new dryer, so I told him we'd get a new dryer. Dean even gave me a connection at Lowe's who would 'take care of me' and I'm meeting with him this week. Dean was very apologetic that I had to get a new washer, but that's what he recommended. He could have just done the repair and I'd have paid the bill, but he did what was best for me, not him. How refreshing! They build their clientele with referrals and repeat customers. And I will be one of his repeat customers any time I need an appliance repair. Dean also (apologetically) charged me the minimum he could for the service call, which I also appreciated. He felt badly charging me, but I'd have insisted because he was so honest and helpful! I will never go anyplace else for any repairs! They have a customer for life in me! It's so refreshing to work with an honest company who truly practices Christian values - do unto others ...

What actually happened was that the stove started working on its own just before he got here. He did charge me for the call, which is fair. He was good hearted, and professional about his work. We would hire the company if needed again.

He diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and fixed my dryer so it is once again in tip top shape and should last me for many years to come. Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of all BA employees. Note: This repair was part of my home warranty contract so I cannot comment on costs since I only had to pay the deductible.

Couldn't ask for better service, again as a repeat customer! Was prepared to give up on 20 year old washer, but given short description & model number, they came prepared with part & fixed in no time. Very knowledgable, friendly, & courteous. I had no idea who to call for service (old dryer). I am an angies list member because I do not want to call up just anyone and hope for the best. Thanks angie for starting this web site. I chose this service provider because they we near me. I contacted them through angie's list and they got back with me within a day. We emailed back and forth about what I needed and what day I was free. They were always very prompt in their responses. Dave came right on time. Diagnosed the problem and set up time to come back to finish the job. He tried to save me $ with every discount he could give me. I would recommend this provider to everyone.

Great service. Very professional, courteous and timely service. Dean and Vic were great, found the problem instantly which needed a part ordered. As soon as the part arrived, they came back at a time convenient to us, and finished the job. Everything from my first phone call to finishing the job was just great! Would highly recommend the excellent service they provide!

It went great.  They were here when promised and they diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and did a little maintenance in 30 minutes!  The dryer is blowing air hotter than it has in a long time.

I called this morning and they got there today.
The problem was quickly identified and he had to go twice to the parts store because the first part was broken. 
The price was very fair and it saved me from the hassle of buying and installing a new washer.
I will definitely call them first next time I need help!

This company was dispatched by our home warranty provider, American Home Shield. I was astonished by their punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism: the technician was here within an hour of my first contact with the company. He quickly diagnosed the problem (clogged drain in the refrigerator) and repaired it. The technician (Tom) was very friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how efficient the whole process was: this was really an incredible level of service.
