The VHS transfer went very well. I needed to do convert old childhood videos to digital files for my sister's wedding. They stayed on time and we had a quality experience from them.

Quality of original tape was poor, so they provided the CD to me at no charge.  I appreciated their honesty and speed of turn around.  Easy to get a hold of.  Will definitely use them in the future for other jobs.

Overall, accomplished my objectives, with some disappointments. Most importantly, they did not tell me at the beginning that the movies would be put on the DVD without segments that allow you to click from the beginning of one movie to the next one. Instead, you can only toggle through your DVD in 5 minutes increments. This means you cannot find the beginning of any one film on the DVD easily. This is a real disappointment when you want to go through the DVD and find one of your favorite films to watch. Also, they forgot to transfer an hour of my films from the master to the extra copies, which I was only able to discover because I went through some of the DVD copies. A nice guy runs the place but make sure you ask all your questions at the beginning. The quality of the transfer is nice, no complaints.

Called for info, dropped tape at satellite office in Blue Ash Friday afternoon, picked up DVDs Tuesday afternoon. Initially requested 2 DVDs, then requested additional before delivery - no problem. Needed quick delivery - no problem. Plan on having them transfer old family tapes and films to DVD.
