Ayers Building Services LLC

117 unit apartment complex did not have an on-site worker to do the landscapping. A tenant in the complex informed me that he worked for a company (Ayers Building Servicess LLC.) that did landscapping. I met with the owner of Ayers Building Services LLC and showed him the areas that needed lawn maintenance. There were a lot of areas that needed maintenance. The owner of Ayers submitted a proposal of $190.00 to cut, trim and edge each area. twice a month. A couple of days after the proposal was signed, 3 or 4 workers from Ayers arrived mid morning to do the work. It took them approx 4 hours. They had all the appropriate commercial landscapping equipment. There was just a lot of ground to cover. I thought that because of the length of time it took the workers, to do the job, I would get a call from the owner of Ayers requesting to re-negotiate the contract to a higher rate. The owner did not request a higher rate. Twice a month at least 3 workers would spend 3 -4 hours cutting, trimming, and edging the grass. They were always professional and always did an excellent job. Visitors to the premises always commented on how nice the grounds looked. The $190.00 fee that was charged was absolutely a bargain.
