My 12-year-old car looked almost new once detailed.

The car was cleaned inside to my specifications although it could have been better for the price and the detail job was okay. I will say he did spend a little time on the back of my car were my wife backed into the car which I will say looked good but this will come back into play later. He said he would not be able to do it the day I dropped it off but I was okay with that. So the issues I had here are all about trust and what they tell you. I left the car about midday. I was told my car would be put inside all night and they would have fans put on it. I left it outside in an exact parking spot with the windows down slightly like I was asked too. I got out of the car normally while the owners son was watching me, this comes in key later. So I drove by later that night and saw my car outside in the condition I left it earlier in the day the location was closed at the time. Then I new in the morning I wanted to drive by before they opened to see where my car was, guess what it was still sitting outside with the windows opened. They hadn't fanned it out over night like promised. So I called them around noon and asked them how things were going and said it was good and that it would be ready later in the day. I asked them while I was on the phone if my car was inside all night and I was assured it was. I then asked them to double check and the owners son asked his employee and again I was assured it was. This as I knew was a completed lie because of what I viewed with my own eyes. So I thought no big deal I will see how things look when I get the car. The first thing the owners son tells me when he sees me is your door handle is broken. I said that is weird it wasn't that way when I dropped it off and don't you remember me getting out of the car in front of you. I didn't have to roll the window down to get out of my car in front of you. I then went to look at my car and then went back into asked about more questions about the handle. The owners son denied it happening under his care and I insistent that I got out of the car without opening the window in front of him. So this meant the car door handle was working when I left it with him. I decided to leave and think about the situation. After sleeping on it I decided to call again after thinking about the situation of my car being out all night I then questioned him on why he lied to me and insisted he fix the issue. He said no and I said fine I will dispute the charge through my credit card provider. He called and again insisted he didn't do it again then said this is something that commonly happens to my car a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport. I said well this could have happened a few ways either you didn't realize you did it which would be tough b/c you couldn't get in and out of the car, your worker could have done it and not admitted it to you, or someone could have tried to break into the car when it was left out all night. He then called me a liar that the car wasn't left out all night. That is when everything really went down hill he even tried to blame it on the rental lot having a lot of Ford Fusions on the lot. Well the problem with that is I called the lot and like you would guess the rental company didn't have any older Fusions on their lot, so that wasn't possible. So we got into another phone argument where he finally said he would replace it for me. I then came up to his location and the owners son berated me and brought out his dad who was the owner. The owner who I feel was a reasonable man and was friendly but couldn't control his son at all. Then the son again starts losing his control and tells me while I am at the location he will not fix it because I would accuse him of breaking other things on the car. So after going back and forth I grab the door handle off the desk and leave. While the owner's son works at this place I wouldn't go here b/c he is a hot head. I also believe if I was older he would have gotten physical with someone in this situation b/c he got in my face many times. I really feel like the only reason he didn't was because I was a little bigger than him. He also accused me of insurance fraud b/c I had a spot in the back of my car where my wife hit it. Wow. I thought. I did record the interaction with the representative although he didn't know it for my protection and even had my wife drop me off b/c I knew he was a lose cannon. Be very careful here........ I would go elsewhere.

They were good.  They did a fine job.  There was a couple of minor things they missed but overall they did more than I thought they would.  They actually charged me more than they initially said they would.

I chose this place based on Angie's list reviews. This is only the second auto detailer I have used, but I was very impressed! My Ford Edge came out looking better than new. The paint surface reflects like glass!! Planning to get another car done here soon.

Excellent experience. Took in a 2004 vehicle in for interior and exterior cleaning plus decal removal. The vehicle looked like new upon completion. The work was completed by stated date and time. Highly professional organization. Pleasant experience.

The car had a lot of tree sap on its exterior and extra work was needed to get it off as well as possible. I felt that the extra charge of $50 was justified.

Took my car in on Monday for an estimate and explanation of the services to be done. They started on my car early Tuesday and service was completed by 4:30pm that day. Howard did an excellent job explaining in detail the services performed. He also gave me some pointers in how to apply touch-up paint in the future. He was extremely professional and highly recommend the Auto Salon of Montgomery

We had just purchased a used Odyssey that a former driver had smoked in, so it had a slight odor. The dealer supposedly did a 'smoke treatment' to remove the odor but it made no difference. Called Howard at the Auto Salon and he stated that an upholstery clean would help with the smell. He also did a general clean of the rest of the car. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The smell was essentially gone, and he had multiple fans blowing through the vehicle to insure it was fully dry. It was kept inside during this time. Everything was pristine, the car looked brand new, and I felt the price was reasonable. Howard and his co-workers were really professional and have years of experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The wax application looked good. The interior cleaning seemed good as well. Services were clearly explained and the price quotation was quick. Service was performed on time and complete. Drop off and pick up was flexible. Convenient location. Operation looked organized and clean and the staff was professional.

I used to work in Hamilton and used a company there, but now am on the NE side of Cincinnati most of the time, so I don't go there anymore. This is my new place and these folks have always scheduled me in within one week and do a good job for a reasonable price.

We had our Toyota Matrix detailed for resale. They did a beautiful job. The service was excellent. The owner very polite and flexible with our timing needs. I highly recommend Auto Salon for car detailing services.
