Aussie Pet Mobile Cincinnati

Never confirmed my appointment and didn't respond to phone and text messages. Now I will not be able to get my 14 year old and other dog groomed at home and likely not before Christmas. I reserved a day/time over a week ago and have an email to show that my request was received. The confirmation for my last appointment was not received in a timely manner either.

Fantastic, as always! Bobbie Brown is a wonderful groomer and has been grooming my dogs for over 15 years, even before she joined Aussie Pet Mobile Cincinnati. She has given each one professional and attentive and individualized service. She knows their coats, their personality and their health conditions. She has on more than once occasion observed a growth or tumor and has called it to my attention when rapid treatment was important, literally saving my dog's life! She is a very skilled and talented groomer and also a caring and generous person. I have entrusted my beloved pets to Bobbie for many years and will continue to do so.

It took barely 20 minutes, which would have been okay since the cat is very shy and I wanted it to be as easy for her as possible. But I also wanted a thorough job. The groomer said she freaked out with the dryer and I understand that part. So she was VERY damp. I asked if they found any mats and was told "no". But the spiky hair on her throat wasn't even damp and hadn't been bathed. Plus her belly had been shaved up, though I didn't request it & she looks chopped up a bit. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them for a cat who just needs basics. Maybe if your cat needs a lion cut from time to time or has definite mats which need to be cut out. Or if I had a dog that needed more work. The cost would be worth it to have someone come to your door and know your animal was the only one in the space.

This company has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm pretty sure the Amanda girl was high when she showed up. Eyes were all red. Not sure she heard a thing I said. The time before that a Bobby showed up and did a terrible job. The work it self was awful and uneven. This company used to be decent. But I will not pay $85.00 for shoddy work and pot heads to show up at my door.

Our female Scottie was cleaned and adorned with a seasonal bandana and two bows behind her perky ears. The male Scottie was shaved all over including his signature Scottie beard which was matted. Thanks to Bobbie Brown and her daughter - they arrived early and finished both Scotties within 60 minutes.

Ms. Bobbie Brown cared for her with the up most care. I recommend Aussie

They changed the appointments late two different times.  When they finally came out they injured my dog and did not follow up on the complaint.

We have a good relationship with the staff. We really appreciate them coming to our house. They are usually always on time. They do a good job and treat the animals well.

The mobile team arrived on time and set right to work. It was all done in about an hour. The poodle had really badly matted hair and long claws. My father had been sick and couldn't take them to the groomers in a while . Both dogs smeeled and looked wonderful. In fact the poodle put on airs because she knew she looked pretty! They put cute bandannas on both of them! Though a bit pricey definitely worth it if you want convenience.

They did a fantastic job in getting my two mud balls cleaned up. They smelled great afterwards and seemed less stressed than when I take them to our regular groomers who end up keeping my girls all day. The groomer was very professional and arrived a little earlier than what was quoted, which worked out great for me. Definitely will use them again.

TERRIBLE! NEVER USE THIS DOG GROOMER!!!  We called several weeks ahead of time for our appointment and they confirmed it would be on a Saturday afternoon. We received a call Friday night confirming our appointment time and made plans for the following day. 2 hours past the time they were supposed to show up we had to call them ourselves only to find out they were not coming because someone called in sick. (Thanks for letting us know at 4PM on a Saturday and not in the morning before the appointment) They rescheduled for the following Saturday and of course they were late (over an hour) as usual. When they came to the door they said they were in traffic which was clearly a lie since one of my family member had just driven the same interstate they had with no issues. They also told us because they were late they couldn't take both of our dogs. REALLY!? If you use this groomer be sure you have an entire day to dedicate to waiting on them to show up or have many free days ahead of you to reschedule their cancelled appointments.

Neither of my cats has ever been professionally groomed, but my big orange Main C*** cat had very matted fur on his back.  Amanda arrived promptly and gave Thor a bath, shaved off his matted fur and brought him back all fluffy and clean smelling.  My other older cat just needed his nails trimmed and a little de-shedding.  Both cats seemed OK with the service.  I will use Aussie pet again.

They were on time and very compassionate with my dogs and did not have to sedate them as much as I have had to at other grooming places. The price is worth the convenience of me not having to drive to them because that can be a quite a feat with my two Brussels Griffins.

They arrived on time and were very professional and they were great with our very anxious cat.  She looked great and it was a great experience for everyone.  Will definitely use again and recommend!!

No problems at all!

I left a message and a gentleman returned my call.  He was prompt and professional.  I told him that I would be working from home and told him I had conference calls at 10 and 11 and 3 and would need scheduling around that.  He said they would call the night before and gave me the impression that they would come first thing in the morning on Thursday.  The night before a lady called and said they would be there at 12:30.  I was surprised by the (perceived) change in time, but it still worked in my schedule.
I got a call at 10:50 and a nice young woman said she would be there in about 20 min.  This was right in the middle of the time I said I was busy, not to mention over an hour earlier than my appointment.  I finished my conf call and tried to quickly get the cat in the carrier (before my next conference call).  This was traumatic, as I didn't have time to ease the kitty and slowly get her n the carrier.  She is already very skittish and I am fostering her to socialize her for adoption possibilities.  She ran all over the house hiding under furniture.  The two girls helped me and we eventually got the kitty in the carrier.   They were able to work with her and did a nice job.  As we were settling the bill, I mentioned the mess-ups with the scheduling and the girl mentioned that she thought she was an hour late!  That's 4 different times for one appointment.
I would give them another try, as it's just too convenient not to.  It was costly, but it was a necessity for this kitty and they did a nice job with her.  The girl also cleaned the kitty's ears and mentioned that she might have an ear infection.  I wasn't expecting that service and I thought that was very good of her to mention.

The one groomer who took and brought back our cat was very nice, friendly, warm, and professional. She gave us a couple good everyday grooming tips. However, our cat's shave was lopsided and uneven. For as much money as it costs to get a mobile service to your home, I was expecting better quality work.

This was a very pleasant experience.  It was great having them come to us.  They did an excellant job in less time than normal grooming has taken.  Best of all, was the short time and the fact neither dog appeared to have been sedated.  The last groomer we used kept the Eskimo 8 hours and when we got her home she appeared to have been sedated because she slept most of the next 24 hours which is unheard of for her.
While they are more expensive that previous groomers we feel the convenience and lack of stress on our pets it worth the extra cost.  We will definitely use them in the future!
