Everything went well. He was on time, and the appraisal was prepared promptly.

Todd arrived on time to check out the property and took an appropriate amount of time to look at the property and take pictures. Getting actual appraisal back took a little longer than he estimated, but when I emailed him to ask the status he got back with me immediately and explain it was because he was having a hard time finding comps for a 3 until rental in the area and he wanted it to be as accurate as possible. Once the appraisal came back it was more detailed than I could ever have imagined. I was really happy overall and would definitely use him again. (Keep in mind my appraisal cost might be a little higher than a single-family home would be).

Everything was great, it just took a little longer than expected.

I needed a home appraisal on two of my home just for my records cuz I was getting married to check out the value took about 3 weeks to get back paperwork.

Mr. Augustine was a consummate professional. The Property Valuation Administrator agreed to the value as determined by Mr. Augustine.

Mr. Augustine did a very nice job on the with the appraisal. I think the value of the house surprised us both give the nature of the current market. He was extremely professional. He took the time to sit down with me and explain the different areas on the appraisal and what they meant. I did give a lower score on punctuality because ee did show up about 10 min late for the appointment. Part of that I'm sure is that with my house, still being fairly new, doesn't always show up on every GPS. I also received the appraisal a few days after what was stated, but I did receive a phone call explaining what happened and when I could expect to receive it. Give the level of professionalism and quality I absolutely would use Mr. Augustine's appraisal service again, and recommend his service to others.

Mr Augustine arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He took photos of both the interior and exterior of the house. He walked around the house and also took photos of the neighborhood. After several days, he emailed me the report. The approaisal report was detailed, with colored photos, and very accurate. It is the most professional report I had seen so far. I will definitely used his service again.

Mr Augustine arrived at the scheduled time and listened carefully to the reasons we were requesting the appraisal and all the items we needed taken into consideration. He was highly professional and very helpful. The appraisal was received in the time frame he specified for its completion. He inculded all the information I requested and I was very please with how thorough it was. He did everything he said he would and more. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future if I ever need another appraisal.

The service experience was fine through the appraisal, however, it took 1 week to receive the appraisal because 'they were busy'. Another service provider gave us an appraisal in less than 24 hours. Quality was fine, but time to delivery of service was less than stellar.
