AFTER SOME INITIAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE COLORS THEY USED, THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEN THE GUY JUST LEFT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DONE, I CALLED WITH QUESTIONS AND HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. BOTH CHECKS HAD BEEN CASHED, BUT THEY STILL DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. WE GOT TO LOOKING AT THE WORK AND WE NOTICED THERE WERE DROPS OF PAINT ALL OVER IT. THEY WERE SLOPPY WITH THE SPRAY ON PAINT, THEY GOT IT ALL OVER MY RAILS AND OTHER THINGS. NOW THE PAINT THAT IS ON THE JOB IS BLISTERING AND SPLITTING OPEN. THEY DID FINALLY RESPOND, BUT ONLY TO SAY THE WOULDNT RESOLVE THE ISSUE, EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE A WARRANTY WITH THE WORK.
