Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I supplied a hot water heater and he was to install it. A hole had to be drilled thru my basement wall to hook up the exhaust system - he did not have the right equipment for the job. Next he claimed that the 1st heater was damaged so I had to order a 2nd one from the manufacturer. The 2nd unit arrived & he told me that one was also damaged & that I needed to order a 3rd one. When he finally did install the 3rd one the exhaust system & heater heater was not installed properly. In November, the heater was not heating the water, I called him to see if he could see determine the problem & he said that he couldn't figure it out. I called the manufacture's tech support at which timeI learned he had installed the exhaust system & heater incorrectly & did not follow the instructions. He said he would correct the problem but he only made matters worst because he declined to follow the manufacture's specifications for completing the job. I can provide documentation of the numerous errors.

"She supplied her own materials. Some of which were unusable & for a different model and some that were dropped & damaged in shipment. I am not responsible for materials I did not order or pick up. We tried several times to provide her with hot water and showed her the shipping damage. She became enraged and tried to shoot the messenger. From that point on she has continually changed her story and has for some reason made this very personal. Chris Watters - Service Manager"
