Good through buying process, delivery and on.
Excellent today. One of the drawers on the buffet broke. I called the customer service line and was very impressed. They are sending me a new buffet. Customer care was excellent. The woman was very professional, didn't keep me on hold long and took care of the problem entirely in a few minutes.
They are a little expensive but worth every penny.

The prices are a little bit high but the attention from sales associates and white glove delivery makes it more than worth the extra cost.

Most of the staff members there are trained in design so they can help us in choices. They have knowledgeable staff members. They have pretty good prices. They have good quality merchandise and all the things that count when anyone is looking for furniture. They have sales people who call us and let us know if we have been looking at something. They follow through and our overall experience with them has been good.
