The flowers were nowhere to be found day of service. After repeated calls to them, I was finally was able to speak with the owner. The delivery date was unclear. One employee said they were delivered on Saturday and the owner, Pat, said they were delivered on Sunday. No offer of compensation was offered and essentially the owner blamed the church. No apology, no sensitivity to our loss and unfortunate situation. Only at the end of the call did the owner say that he hoped it didn't impact our plan to use them in the future. WE WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

WE GAVE THIS COMPANY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICING AND WAS REWARDED WITH BEING SHORTED BY $4500.   DOLLARS NON PAYMENT. OWNER PATRICK PROMISED TO PAY EVERY WEEK,A REAL FLAKE.

I received flowers as a gift from my husband.  I thought they were a nice arrangement, until I saw the price.  What I thought was a $35 arrangement, turned out to be $67!!!!  I was willing to forgive the brown, bruised flowers when I thought it was a $35 arrangement, but for $67 those flowers better be pristine!  This florist is WAY overpriced.  I worked as a floral designer for years and know what flowers cost. I did call to give the florist my feedback.  The person I spoke with could not find my order and told me based on what I described "That is just what it cost."  I told him I felt it was extremely overpriced and to please provide that feedback to the owners.  I was told "I'm sorry you feel that way."  We will NOT be using this florist in the future.  Flowers are meant to brighten someone's day, not make you feel like you've been ripped off!
