APPLY RITE

The new gutters were installed and the old removed. When it rained heavy we noticed water was pouring out of the connection of the gutter close to the drain. Our porch was flooding and our basement was flooding. We called, they come out, and Travis told us that everything is fine. Its doing that because of the heavy rain. I new better but i was not at home to defend my MOM lack of experience. So I called again and again. Finally I talked to someone. I said "All I want is for someone to come to our residence to detach the gutter so that it wont interfere with the warranty." Then I asked, "So, when you (Apply Rite) install gutters as professionals, you do not ensure that the drain is not clogged before you install the downspouts?" She said "no" and you would have to hire a handy man to resolve the issue. WOW! All i could say was "aaallllllrighty then"

Tracy was terrific to work with and I’m very happy with the work. Getting on the calendar was a bit trying but overall a good experience. I would definitely use them again.

Roof was replaced in one day and debris was cleaned up.

Professional, they did an a great job and stayed on pace.

First off, they did the work on a Saturday which worked out well as that is the only day one or both of us is home.  They dropped off supplies on Friday evening.  The crew arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday morning and began working as soon as it was daylight.  The stripped off the old roof (had a dumpster on sight for the old materials.  There was a crew on the roof and a couple of guys on the ground picking up old shingles as they were stripped.  The fixed the flashing around the chimney and did any repairs to the base prior to putting on the new shingles.  They first laid down surface and then attached the shingles to the roof.  The last thing they did was remove the skylight and insert a new one.  One worker came into the house to make sure the skylight was centered. They added flashing and shingles around the exterior of the skylight.  They walked the full perimeter of the house to pick up any trash from the job.  Ran a magnet over the drive way to pick up any nails that dropped.  They began work at 6:50AM and were completely finished and removing the dumpster by 2:30PM. The left over shingles were left with us.  On the following Monday, the owner came to the house to inspect the job and answer any questions we had.  No payments was made until the job was completed and the inspection had taken place.  This was an incredible company to work with and we will be using them again in the near future to replace our gutters and downspouts.  They were priced well under other quotes we had received.  The shingles are beautiful and there was a significant choice of colors.

Everyone from Apply Rite was very courteous and they provided a time frame and completed on time.  They were very precise in the work and the new siding looks great.  Having been through several remodels, new windows, etc., Apply Rite was the first home contractor I have been completely satisfied with.  I would recommend them to everyone!

The company prices  and service are great.

At first they were responsive. We started to find things wrong and as time went on they were less and less responsive to our concerns and requests. We had a very bad crew that is no longer with the company. The roof was put on crooked. They were nails all over. We had a window leak that we didn't have before the roof was put on. They installed gutter guards without cleaning the gutters first. There were loose shingles. It was a very poor job. The bottom line is they did come out at the very end and did what they could do to rectify the situation. They did come through after many attempts to contact them, but eventually they did what they could do.

They did a great job. The sales person was very on top of things. They did the job on time. They were there when they said they would be. The quality was good. They did a great job of cleaning up. They came back twice to make sure all the nails were cleaned up.

The company did an excellent job. They were very professional on the phone and on the job. They were on time when they came out to do the job. The roofer was very professional looking and seemed to be extremely honest. The work was done quickly and well.
