They were okay. They did really good. The just of it is, it's one guy running the company and if it's a job he wants to do he gets right on it, but if it's a job he doesn't really want to do you never hear back from him. I had one job that was really good, but I had another job I didn't end up using him. He didn't get back to me and then when he finally did he made the price twice, it was obvious he didn't want the job. For that first visit it was an "A", that last visit for the price was a "F". Everything on this visit was wonderful. He was recommended by a neighbor and he was inexpensive. He seemed very knowledgeable. He could assess what was wrong right away.

John was incredibly responsive and helpful. He was quick and efficient as well as very personable.

Called John of Apex, late on Thursday and explained my problem, he was able to fit me in early on Friday morning, because we were close by. John replaced the breaker in a timely manner and at a very fair price, thanks for your fast, friendly service.

John and his helper were very polite an professional. They accomplished the tasks in a workmanlike way. Showed up when they said they would. Job ended up being a little more extensive that anticipated but we feel confident that it has been done right and will meet the scrutiny of inspections in the future. If you want quality work, we would highly recommend John and will hire him again.

Probably the single best contractor experience I have ever had… polite, professional, willing to explain, detailed, efficient and cost effective… what more could an customer focused x-engineer ask for!
