Antenna Cowboy

Brian was great he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend him.

Cut cable after $130 plus monthly bills, tried several inside antennas and many of channels pixelated (out of 43 scanned). Brian came out on time and installed the antenna on my roof. I was able to scan 78 channels Cincy and Dayton, and getting very clear reception on all of them. I would very highly recommend the antenna cowboy to do the work for you.

It went great. He was able to install within days, provided the antenna, figured out the best place for it and direction to face, and provided a work-around solution for a problem with our existing setup. He told us the price ahead of time and that's exactly what he charged us. We've "cut the cord" and are saving over $120 per month!

The Cowboy showed up and showed up on time. This is not a small thing when there are so many do not show up at all. I am in Northern Kentucky, so my old antenna was only able to bring in 17 stations on a good day. On a bad day, there might only be 3 or 4 channels that had a watchable signal. When you consider that between 5, 9, 12, 19 & 48 and their sub-channels, there are 22 separate channels you get the idea of how poor 17 really is. I now get 51 channels now and even on bad days, the signals are strong and very watchable. If you are cutting the cable and are willing to invest in a very good antenna where you will be able to get over the air channels that rival the cable - this is your guy.

Went very well, work was done in time specified and tvs were hooked up to the antenna. Brian and his son took care of any cleanup needed to be done and relocated the former dish to the curbside.

He came and put an antenna on his ladder so I could see the channels I would get. After that you decide whether to go forward and have one installed or not. I had one installed and am getting around 50 channels crystal clear. He was very professional and did a great job.

What a great service! Seriously, A's across the board. He arrived exactly on time, professional and friendly, mounted a rooftop antenna, set up two TiVo DVRs (which are fantastic and I highly recommend). We get crystal clear signals for all the networks, plus several more channels that I didn't even know existed...FOR FREE. The TiVo integrates our Netflix and Hulu right into the DVR, so even those are easier to use. He had some challenges due to the layout of our house and had to come back a second day, but he did that at no charge. Wonderful service. Very highly recommend Antenna Cowboy to anyone looking to be done with cable or satellite. Saving $80/month, our upfront costs for his service and the TiVo will pay for itself in just a few months.

He came soon after the call to have the work done. It did not take long after the call for the service visit. Got the job finished in a few hours. We now have free t.v. coming through our new antenna. He indicated he would come back if any problems with reception. We have not needed for him to return.

Excellent, now receive 72 channels on an antennae. Cut the cable cord.

He found the problem with our set up (amplifier/booster causing less reception), and so we could keep our existing antenna, and didn't need any new equipment. Very pleased and impressed by his expertise! Very personable and helpful. Wish we found him earlier!

Very happy with our results.

Arrived promptly and worked diligently for several hours. Went an extra mile to spend time installing a DVR. Everything works beyond my expectations. Despite what it says on his website about receiving 49 channels, the actual number is 62 channels as he notes he needs to update his website. I am extremely pleased.

After installing the antenna the reception was perfect for a few hours. Then most, or almost all the channels began to break up and we were doing well to get 1 or 2 channels. I contacted the installer and he had me try a few things on my own and they all made things a little better but still not good. So he came back and tried several different things until the reception was perfect. I appreciate his persistence.

The only thing I did not realize, is that the cable company cables were disconnected which made sense to use existing cable wire, but did not remember that being communicated until I called back. This was only an issues as we had not finished watching cable DVR recorded shows and that DVR required service in order to watch prior recordings. It was easy enough to reconnect cable, finish the shows then reconnect the antenna. We get about 48 local channels with most very good reception. The majority of the cost was for the antenna and reception booster.

The service went well, the only part that got a little complicated was doing a coaxial hookup in the master bedroom from the basement but it got sorted out. We now have an antenna and good reception on all TVs.

Great. Can't tell the difference between my old basic cable and my antenna service as far as the picture goes. Now I have more channels and I can use the functions on my TV. Just wish I would have done it sooner.

pleased with results

He did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how many more channels I can get, the monthly savings that I will see and finally, while I thought the work was a little pricey, I'll recoup the money spent on now having an antenna and watching TV for FREE!!! And there is no way that I would have done what he had to do, so it's worth the cost. I would definitely recommend Brian. He's a personable guy, went right to work, knew what he was doing and wasn't a 'goof off. He did not stop until the work was done!

Very well. Brian showed up early and did great work overcoming some challenges that i know he did not expect.

Very well - Brian arrived promptly.. He very quickly determined what was wrong and fixed it. This included replacing the 4-way splitter with the correct type. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

My installation required some changes to the "normal" which Brian was able to resolve.  He had everything set up and working well before he left.
