We wanted to install a split ductless HVAC unit and picked Anderson because they were Mitsubishi certified dealers that would put the unit in on the 3rd floor. They were very straightforward and easy to work with and we're very pleased with the job they did! They even did a really good repair of a hole that a previous company had done poor patch job on.

We've used them for 37 years. They're very professional and very thorough. They stand behind their work. One time we called them on Christmas Eve, well it was actually Christmas morning at 3 AM because our furnace went out and they were here.

We have a Triangle Tube boiler installed by Willis One-Hour. Willis installs these boilers, but apparently does not have their technicians properly trained on servicing them -- as we have had ongoing difficulties for well over a year that have not been corrected after seven service calls. As the boiler is barely a year old, it is still under warranty. We contacted Triangle Tube directly for a recommendation on a service company that had technicians trained on this boiler and would honor the warranty agreement. We were given Anderson's name by the company -- and Anderson actually made a proactive call to set up an appointment.
We returned the call, and were in the process of setting up an appointment with "Yogi" (the service manager) when the scheduler informed us that there would be a "$79 diagnostic fee." I reiterated that the boiler was under warranty, and the scheduler said that she would need to talk to Yogi and she would call us back. Five hours passed without a return call. I called them back and the scheduler said that Yogi was "getting a bite to eat" and would call us back. The  rest of the day passed with no return call. I sent a message to my contact at Triangle Tube to ask for additional recommendations.
The next morning, I received an email from my contact at Triangle Tube, stating that Yogi was concerned that he "will not get paid for  correcting any things that are wrong that Willis did nor will he get  paid if there are several hours involved in diagnosing the problem." (Of course, we would have other HVAC needs in the future, and they would  have been our first call had they done a professional job with this repair.)
So, in short, Anderson would not honor the warranty on the boiler -- even though they were recommended by the manufacturer, nor
did they have the common courtesy to call me directly and let me know that they would not take the job.

 Glen Meyer came out to meet with me and in a few days personally returned with the proposal. Glen sat down and explained the systems that he reccomended and why. There was no big sales pitch, no frills or fancy folders. I was contacted to set up a date for the install. On the day of installation the workers showed up promptly. I knew when they got out of their trucks and introduced themselves with a handshake that I had made a good choice. They were very polite and bent over backwards to make sure everything they did was top notch. Before they left each evening the lead person(I think his name was Greg)made sure everything was acceptable to me. There was no debri anywhere.After the job was complete, they went over every aspect of the system, filter changing, thermostat operation,humidifier etc.


No one looks forward to spending that kind of money on anything but a vacation or a nice car. Glen and his company made it a very positive experience for us and I would reccomend them to anyone needing this type of work done.

They came out at no charge this time because of our yearly contract to clean the A/C and electronic filter. They even cleaned the outside debree that had collected on the A/C because of the Cottonwood Tree we have at this new house.

I called and spoke with Barb, who proceeded to explain their maintenance policy and costs, the initial visit being more expensive with the twice a year service about $90.00 for a complete check. They would call in advance to schedule the appointment for the summer and winter seasons. I was using another service that didn't do an adequate job (never stayed longer than 20 minutes) and never called to schedule an appointment, I had to call them. That service charged $99.00 a call. Anderson called before they came, are professional and I would recommend them highly.

Anderson worked as a subcontractor and so I was not involved in their selection. They were professional, pleasant, considerate, and competent. When the new third-floor system failed over a holiday weekend, they sent a service person (Ian) right away, ended up sending another, and then the service manager (Bob) in order to try to get it working. Ian had been working since 6am Saturday and was ready to stay into the night, but we told him to take the evening off and return Sunday morning. He was here at 9am sharp. Turns out a factory-installed valve was defective. They got it working, ordered a new part, and called me when the new part was in so they could install it. On another part of the project, they found unforeseen conditions (3.5'' of concrete where none was expected), but they proceeded without complaint or demand for additional pay. These are good people. I've decided to use them for my ongoing HVAC service needs.

I'M ON A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. THEY DO EMERGENCY WORK FOR ME. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE HONEST WITH THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL ME THE HIGHEST OR TRY AND DO UNNECESSARY WORK. BEING THAT I OWN SEVERAL PROPERTIES, THEY ALLOW ME TO BREAK UP LARGER PROJECT INVOICES AND PAY OVER TIME AT NO INTEREST.
