It went fine. He did a nice job. The quote was about $6,000 because we needed a whole new air conditioning system.

We have used this company for several years. They have always been prompt and priced fairly. They do not pressure us to upgrade our system and always explain the issues and fix our problem.

Justin showed up on time and had a helper with him. They worked around 2 - 1/2 hours without a break. Checked the fire place first. Then checked the HVAC. They cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils. In addition they cleaned the indoor furnace and the outdoor condenser. All in all it went very well.

Mike was amazingly responsive and fixed the problem for a lot less than most others would charge. We have used Mike in the past, and he is always quick and inexpensive comparatively.

They were just great. I had to buy a part so I paid about $125. They also replaced a huge holder because I have a hospital light that kills all the bugs and everything. They clean out all of them and they always check. I had to have a valve replaced. The price is very reasonable compared to what I have heard from other people who came. They make an appointment and they come right out. They call you before. Their punctuality is right on.

There were a number of delays, but once everything was straightened out, they did a very caring and good job.

Overall, the experience went well. They did a great job. There were some issues (defects in the product), and they were incredibly responsive and corrected it immediately. I'm satisfied with their services.

Dave Ammerman showed up within the window he said he would. He suggested an alternative course of action: a relatively new self-sealer chemical that, if successful, would fix our leak problem for a period of time -- he couldn't promise how long -- for much less cost than either the leak repairs, and certainly much less than a new AC unit. We both believed that even though our unit was a builder's grade unit (not top of the line by any imagination), that it should get more than 7 years service out of it before requiring replacement. I agreed to follow the suggested course of action and allowed Dave to use the chemical/self-sealer. After 10 days, our AC is going strong and no leaks. So far, so good; and it only costs $250, a drop in the bucket compared to a new unit or what would be required to repair the leaks. We'll see how long this works, but at least I feel comfortable that there is a less expensive option than replacing the unit. I'd like to try to get at minimum 10 years out of the unit, as bad as it may be. And, in this economic climate, I'm a little more conservative about spending money, and would prefer to extend the life of the equipment I already have. In all, I'm happy I called Dave; he was very responsive and customer-oriented, and seemed to share my same concerns. I now have doubts about the sincerity of my normal HVAC company, as they didn't offer this cheaper option. They said they wouldn't "put another dime in trying to extend or repair your current unit". I was pleased with Dave, and wouldn't hesitate to call him the next time my AC goes out.

I found that a lot of people did up-selling. Dave takes care of my heating and cooling requirements. He seemed to think that just an air conditioning upgrade would be sufficient when the other companies seemed to think I needed to buy a whole heating and cooling system for my home. Honest, on time, left the house clean, reasonable and I haven't had a problem since.
