Description of Work: Leak was noticed on the ceiling. Roofer was called from American Dream contractors. Jared Boots came out and noticed nails had worked loose on flashing. He fixed this and sealed area so it would not happen again and was done in a short time. He was very professional. I have had no problems since.

 + -1 moreNo major problems. He showed me a small concern and instructed me an easy way to fix this problem. He could have charged me for an inspection and charged me to fix the small issue but he charged nothing. He said since I was confident in my ability to fix the issue he would let me take care off it.
