I paid Lyndsey for work she had told me she had done for me while I was out of town. When I got home she had not done it and kept the money. She also stole money from me. I took her to court and was granted a judgement that she did not pay.

Lyndsey McEwin-Hinkston was to clean my house while I was out of town. I venmoed money to her prior to me getting home. When I got home she had not completed the cleaning that I had paid her for. I also venmoed Lyndsey money to buy some wallpaper for me. She kept the money and I never received the wallpaper. I took Lyndsey to small claims court and Lyndsey did not show up. I got a judgment for over $300 owed to me and Lyndsey did not pay me. We had a court hearing prior to small claims and she told my attorney that she was going to send him a check and she never did. I wish I had checked her background before I had hired her. Lesson learned.
