ALPINE VALLEY WATER CO

This company provides home bottled water service.  My comments cover the initial setup and delivery and the first follow-up delivery.  All were new experiences for me.   I've been with them for about 6 weeks.  The first time, they showed up minus 2 of the bottles of water I ordered.  The driver said he had none on the truck despite my ordering it the previous day.  He did install a water cooler, and I used water from another source.  They came back the next day, and brought the correct water.  However, then they billed it all wrong, and neglected to give the new customer discount of 4 free 5-gallon bottles.  It took two calls to get the billing corrected.  Today, the driver was to follow up with the first home service delivery.  He also was to pickup the rental cooler as I purchased my own.  followup deliviery.   more water and pick up the cooler (bought my own).  I've sat here all day, and he never showed.  I confirmed the order last week and they knew exactly what my requirements would be.  I called at 4PM because I had'n't seen the driver, and the rep told me he'd already gone home.  No water, no call, and a whole day of my time shot.  They are saying maybe he ran out of water.  Well this delivery has been scheduled for over 6 weeks and confirmed just this past week.  It's just the service is absolutely horendous.  I can't recommend this service to anyone. 

They were very good about service. They would email me the day before service to make sure if my order was changing or anything. They were cheaper than everyone else, always on time, and I would still be using them if I were able.

THEY CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU NEED WATER AND TO TELL YOU WHEN THEY WILL BE THERE
