 + -1 moreAlpha TV Service came right over. I was really very satisfied with the service that I got. I called that morning, he came right over. He said he'd be here before noon and he called again to let me know he was on the way. He got here and fixed everything. It's a really huge TV and it's pretty old, I wasn't even sure I could get it repaired. He cleaned it all up, fixed it all up and it's working like new. It would have cost me probably three time to replace the TV so I was satisfied with the price. He was great. His name is George. He explained and everything and did a really good job and gave me a warranty of his work. I couldn't believe he came that fast.

Description of Work: WE HAD A POWER SURGE AT THE HOUSE AND GEORGE FROM THIS BUSINESS CAME TO GET THE TV, AND SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME IN A FEW DAYS. IT SHOULD BE ABOUT $435. 2 WEEKS LATER, NOTHING. GEORGE STATED THAT PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER. 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NOTHING. AFTER A FEW CONVERSATIONS, I TOLD HIM TO BRING MY TV BACK. GEORGE STATED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW IF HE WOULD BE THE AREA. GEORGE SAID HE WOULD LEAVE IT ON THE SIDE OF HIS BUSINESS'S BUILDING. NOW I HAVE TO GO PICK IT UP.
