ALLIED WINDOWS TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US THE SAMPLES OF THE WINDOWS THEY CARRY. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US THE BENEFITS OF THEM ALL. WHEN WE DECIDED ON THE ONES WE HAVE THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO INSTALL THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRY TO KEEP THE EXISTING WINDOWS ON MY OLDER HOME RATHER THAN REPLACING THEM. UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS (TO THEIR VOICEMAIL SYSTEM) AND EMAILS I COULD NOT GET THEM TO CONTACT ME. I GUESS I WOULD CONSIDER USING THEM IF THEY WOULD EVER CALL BACK. HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THAT THEY HAVE A SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEM!

I DEALT WITH 3 EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. ANN WHO WAS MY PHONE CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY; RICK WHO CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE WINDOWS FOR THE SCREEN ORDER AND THE INSTALLER WHO PUT THE SCREENS IN THE WINDOWS ONCE THE ORDER WAS COMPLETED. ALL WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. VERY CUSTOMER-ORIENTED COMPANY.
