Sarah is amazing to work with, from my initial inquiry call to my final call when the work was completed. There were a couple of challenges but her excellent customer service and attention to detail made for a great experience. If you need something, Sarah is your go to person. The company is lucky to have her!

Allied Glass & Mirror Co replaced the shattered pane of my patio door. Service was polite, professional, punctual and reasonably priced, just over $600. Very pleased with the customer service and workmanship. I would use their services again.

I was very happy with them until I noticed after they had left that they left a lot of glass on the ground beneath the window that I will need to clean up. Other than that one small incident I was very happy with them, and I would hire them again.

Great experience throughout the process: the first phone call, scheduling, install, and follow-up. Marty took my initial call--staying cheerful and patient with me as I tried to guesstimate the pane size(s)--and provided an estimate. Zach followed up with a service date & time (same day due to a cancellation, YAY!). George arrived, professional and prepared. He took care of everything on site, including cutting and clean up. He was very pleasant as he answered all my questions and explained his work. Zach called the next day to follow up. I'm quite pleased with every step and would call on them again!

Phone call only.  Customer service seemed moderately impatient and not very willing to assist.

Great service all around. I received a call the same day and Zach came out and measured the next day. Thanks to a cancellation, they were actually able to install that same day. So, I had a repaired door within about 24 hours of my first call from them. The technician was courteous and efficient, cleaned up the work area well and so on.

Fabulous company. The owner came out and measured the windows ASAP and was very prompt, down to earth, and helped us with any questions we had. Even had some screens replaced for us. Install was quick and professional! Will def use again!

Very frustrating that they did not respond in a timely manner.  I was happy to go with Western Hills Window, they came immediately and looked at the problem and gave me a good price.

Sarah promised she would get supplies ready when I came, even though she wouldn't be there.  Zac was informed, had my stuff ready, and threw in glass cleaner.

Fantastic!  Glass cut/replaced and reset in fixture while I waited - perfect cut, quick service :)

Went very well.  Came and measured, called when glass was in and set date, came promptly and installed glass, removed old glass and cleaned up.

Excellent product and excellent service. For the bow front I provided a template...it was perfectly cut and fit beautifully.

All work was done professionally, though they did mislay my initial request. They responded two weeks later and were quite apologetic

I called them in regard to a piece of broken glass in our fireplace screen. A very courteous young woman took the dimensions and quoted me the cost. Our glass was ready within a few days & it was perfect. The glass was paid in advance & when my husband picked it up was charged a second time by accident. Sarah called the same day and while I was on the phone she credited our account right away. I was impressed with their service & immediate honesty and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've not actually CONTRACTED with this supplier, but the workman's actions were so kind, I wanted people to know about it.
Allied was working on a neighbor's home.  When I saw him getting ready to leave, I asked him if the company bought or took vintage mirrors for re-use.  (Item was a 1947 4x6 ft. wall mirror, once affixed to dining room wall.  My mother had removed it years ago, and it had sat in the basement ever since -- no one wanted it.)  He said "Sometimes, but often we just have to throw them away because they're scratched, etc."  I asked how much it'd cost to have them take it.  "Nothing," he said, and proceeded to cut the mirror in half and haul it away on his truck.  
I don't know if this kindness was just the workman's, or if this is how Allied does business, but you can be sure the next time I need glass or mirror work, I will call this company.  

Overall the experience went very well. I have no complaints. Do be flexible on your time to get the work done. Understand they are good, which means busy. They were able to fit me in right after the holiday!

Marty came to measure the shower opening on the appointed day and time.  We also discussed things in person, on the telephone, and by e-mail.  He was good about answering our questions, and responded to my e-mails in a prompt manner.  He was also accommodationg when our contractor wanted to delay installation by a day.  On the day of installation, the installers got stuck in traffic, but called before their scheduled arrival time to let me know they'd be late, and that call was appreciated.  Jimmy and George were professional and friendly.  From all appearances, they did a very good job.  We are eager to use the shower, but so far, we are happy with the installation.  I gave Allied a B in the price category, because they were the most expensive of the three estimates we received. However, we chose Allied, because we felt they'd do an excellent job with their long-time experience in the business.

Everything was fine. When I questioned the invoice because it was not detailed as to labor, etc. the owner explained and then reduced the labor price when I noted the time spent on the job.

They were very friendly and timely. The pricing was reasonable and it was a very good experience.

It went well, rom talking to the woman on the phone to picking up the glass a day later. The service was good and the location was convenient.

Excellent. Right size, right price, right amount of time.
