Everything went ok, however he next really found out what the problem was. The washer kept emptying out on my floor. So in the end it never got fixed

He actually had worked in a major appliance factory on the floor. He did that for 20+ years. The guy is like retired but he has got his own business. When he comes to your house, the cost is almost minimal. If your motor needed to be repaired, he would probably just take out the brushes instead of just giving you a whole new motor. He charges you like $5 instead of like $500. You just give him a symptom and he immediately, on the phone, knows what's wrong. He knows all of the parts to bring before he even comes.
