It went well. They allowed us to use a loaner TV Stand until ours arrived

The salesman was very knowledgeable of the TVs that they sold and helped me to determine the best fit for us.  The delivery was timely and the serviceman was very helpful in getting our TV set up and all of the peripherals connected. We would definitely use them again.

I called to say our TV was not working and described the problem over the phone.  They were able to take a good guess at what was wrong and bring out the appropriate repair part on the first visit so we did not have to pay the diagnosis fee.  The TV works fine now.

I just finished my basement and was in the market for a decent home entertainment system to round it out.  I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to electronics, but do spend more time than most shopping around before I actually make any purchase.

I must have visited 7-10 stores in the area, including all the big box stores.   Having been frustrated with the service and hard sell approach of the big box stores, I went to Alamo and  was pleasantly surprised.   These guys are a pleasure to deal with and really know there stuff.   They spent time explaining the differences b/w the products I was looking at [TV/Receivers/speakers].   I did not feel like I was being sold - there was no "hard sale" approach.

I ended up saving a substantial amount of  $ on last years model TV after talking with them about what changed with the new model [again, felt more informed, not pushed/being sold one way or another]

Surprisingly, their prices were equivalent as well [ and do price match if you find it elsewhere].   After the purchase, delivery was flexible and on time.  They offer setup at a reasonable price, but did not do this as the associate at Alamo spent some extra time showing me how this should be done....he recommended that I try it, and if it didn't work out, then call back for their installation.

If your looking for a mid-high end entertainment system, you need to check out Alamo.

The folks at Alamo were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went in looking for a specific SONY model that we could not find at Best Buy or any of the other big box stores. We were surprised to see that Alamo had identical (and sometimes better prices) than the other stores out there -- you tend to think that a smaller store wouldn't be competitive but this is not the case. We came in about 30 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to stay a few minutes late at their warehouse down the street so that we could pick up our television that same night instead of waiting for delivery. All in all, we were very pleased with the service, products and pricing.

They were very good. Their retail outlet is in Montgomery, but Blue Ash is where they do the installation. They sell and service the products. I am a Sony fan and they are a Sony distributor. They know their stuff. Their service was very good. The people are long term employees. They have been in the business for a long time. They know what they are doing. They know how to hook everything up. They have been very helpful. I bought speakers from them. They did the installation. They came back in a good bit of time to hook everything up to our specifications. It is really about service and expertise. I happened to buy the speakers from them. You don't have to do it, but I did. I went in and they had some great deals on some speakers. I bought the speakers probably a good 6 months or more in advance of having them install them. When it came time to build the house, I called them and they came over to do all the pre-wiring before the drywall was up. They came back again when we were finishing things up and installed the speakers and hung a couple of TVs. Now there are no wires and everything is all in one remote. They ran that down with me so I am familiar with it as well. I will continue to use their service in the future.
