It was fine thanks. I know he said he was having trouble with his phone but getting a hold of him was a little tough. In fact I've been trying to get in touch with them and I have not heard back from them so I'm a little frustrated about that .

It was ok. They were nice. He tried to add in a bunch of prices, saying they had to pay to dump the dirt, which when they gave me the quote it should've been included. I asked for a quote and I agreed that it would be a little more than that. But then they started adding in dumping the dirt and travel time. I was upset when he sent me the bill because it was not what I was expecting. I ended up paying for more, but it was reasonable after they dropped it down a bit. I told them upfront that it might be more than what they saw in the photo. I encouraged them to come out and see what the job was and he said he wasn't able to so he said he would just go by the picture. They couldn't do it the week they said they could. Then when they did show up they were late so they had to come back again. The trailer had a flat tire. They were just not prepared. He returned my phone call when I first called them. They were 3 hours late for the job.

The wall looks AMAZING! I previously had rail road ties in place of a sturdy wall and the difference in appearance is unbelievable. The yard looks 100x better with the new retaining wall. They finished the wall in a short amount of time and provided a detailed break down of all costs which I really appreciated.

The provider has done numerous services for me over the course of many years.  They have been dependable so that follow-up has been rarely necessary.  They are easy to contact and discuss matters with. With respect to this painting, they kept to the promised schedule and only were absent when necessary after giving notice. The workmanship was entirely satisfactory.

It's been good.

Chris Pope responded promptly to my call for an estimate. He looked around the property and then gave me a written quote. He gave me a timeline for when the work would be done and he completed the work within that timeline. He suggested a darker color of mulch which turned out nicely. It definitely increased the curb appeal of the house. All in all, he did a great job and I will be using Affordable Lawn Care in the future.

It went fine. He doesn't return calls promptly. I didn't hear from him the last time. I had to hire another company. Then he called and it was too late. He was very affordable.

They "topped" several of the ash trees and left stumps remaining. Two or three of the ash trees were "topped" only, leaving 20-30 feet of dead tree remaining.  A topped, dead tree is a weakened tree. They did not remove, nor did they cut a large portion of the wood for easier handling.This was important as my husband had just had surgery for a complete rotator cuff tear in April and was not able to handle logs that were a good 2 feet or more in diameter. They got too close to the transformer and the transformer blew then they hurriedly left  before Duke Energy arrived on the scene.  The foreman did remain on the scene to talk with Duke.
 They did not remove the Maple Tree and cut it to firewood, nor did they remove the two ash trees in the back, nor did they clear the branches that were overhanging the house and we have had limbs falling on the roof throughout the winter. One of the ash trees that they were to take down has been dropping huge branches over the winter as well. I have taken photos of the "work"  site as they left it.  I had spoken with Mike when I last saw him in September and told him he still had some work that needed to be done, as specified in the contract.  He said he would come by and finish up before our final payment of $200 in October.  We never saw him in October, nor did we make any effort to pay the remaining $200 as I feel they did not honor the specifics of their contract.  I'm very unhappy and everyone that sees their work says they can't believe they left the site looking as it does.  It's a huge mess and now we're going to have to hire someone else to come in and finish up work that we paid for that was not done.  I would like a refrund of $400.00.

Chris used to come weekly and mow our lawn. He often had several people working with him so he got the lawn done quickly. Recently I called him for an esimate on other work and I found him to be responsive and interested in working with me to get the job done.

Chris was extremely responsive and came very quickly.  While the unevenness of our front yard isn't friendly for Chris' larger mower I believe he does his best to minimize and often completely negate any scalping.  The back yard is only accessible with his smaller push mower because of our fence and it's never looked better.

Polite, did very good work on a property that was very overgrown.
