Very well but apparently they closed their local office after the storm work was completed and won't work in this area again.

Did a good job and didn't take very long at all. He even had to work around a dove that was sitting on its nest right over the downspout! And it didn't even move!

Could not be happier! Well done all the way around, from estimate, options explained, prep work, tear off, roofing, and cleanup. Nothing lacking from them. Excellent communication from all levels. We would highly recommend Advantage Roofing.

The owner came out and evaluated our roof. He took videos with his iPad and showed me exactly what he was going to do. We talked options and he went to his truck to formulate and print out a detailed quote. The service was scheduled and they called me to schedule drop off of materials and to schedule the time for installing the roof. It took one day for a 2000 ft roof. After they finished (on time) there was not a nail or scrap of material left in the yard. I highly recommend them. There was one issue with the satellite dish and when I called them they sent a man out who fixed the problem and who discussed the solution with me and did it in a short time. I can't say that there was any way that this could have been better

Our experience with Advantage Roofing was, and we are sure will continue to be, far beyond our expectations. From the initial contact to the day after the work was completed, we received continuous contact, updates and feedback. They kept us informed through every step. The arrived early morning the day we were scheduled and they didn't stop until the work was completed. They repaired portions of our roof that needed it, they covered the entire work area with tarps so there would be no debris in the yard, they thoroughly inspected the area around the house to be sure there were no nails left behind before they left and their quality control came back the next day to inspect the roof installation. We would like to thank, once again, the key players in the whole roof installation process from start to finish. Tim, Jonna, Jeff and Emily and a very special thanks to the crew leader and his men. From the first contact through the final financing, we could not have asked for any better service. When Tim came to gather the info for the estimate,, he was professional and friendly. He delivered the estimate in a timely manner. When we accepted the offer he was great with explaining his costs. Really well. Tim Mallory is a man of his word. His workers did an excellent job & all went just as he promised. My roof looks great. I couldn't be more pleased.

Their bid was about $1500 lower than (rhymes with) Say Paint Bear roofing. Additionally they were running a special offer to upgrade shingles ($600 value) for free. I was contacted frequently by the office and kept up-to-date with materials delivery, when the crew would arrive, delays for weather, etc. The crew was no-nonsense. They had the old shingles (2 layers) gone and a beautiful new roof on our house in one day. Did I mention they were $1500 cheaper than Say Paint Bear? They cleaned up their mess and ran several large magnets over the yard to catch nails. Afterward, I received an e-mail asking for a review and to please let them know if I wasn't 100% pleased. A few days later we got a package from them with a jar of cookies in it. There was also an additional request for a review and another request if I had any problems. Also, they were $1500 cheaper than another competitor. In short, I would certainly do business with them again and I would have no trouble recommending them to my grandmother (or anyone else for that matter). P.S. $1500! P.P.S. They left me more than enough shingles to re-shingle my shed. When I get around to it. If I get around to it. The point is they left me, like, 7 packs of shingles. P.P.P.S. $1500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things went very well. In my phone conversations with the office, I never felt like I was just another prospect or just another customer in line, so to speak. The owner came out and gave me the estimate and I was impressed by his knowledge and friendly presentation (no pressure). After I signed, the only obstacles was trying to find a good day when we weren't having bad weather. The installation went smoothly and the installers were courteous and friendly. The clean-up afterwards was very thorough. I would them to anyone.

I could not be happier with Advantage roofing. They started about 8:00 in the morning and except for two meal breaks worked straight through until about 8:00 in the evening. They did a first class job, cleaned up very well and even went around the house with a wide magnet device to catch any hidden nails. Tim (the owner) was a delight to work with and has a very professional, business like operation. The best!!

The group was very professional from the estimate, through installation and follow up. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after. We were finding nails in the yard afterward and they came back and swept the yard with a magnet. The new roof looks great, really improving the appearance of the house. It's been two years since the work was performed and everything is fine - no leaks, no missing shingles even with some of the high wind situations we have had. I would use them again. They were in the middle prices of the estimates we received. One reason I had them perform the work was the hand nailing of the shingles.

They did a really good job. They followed up and cleaned up after themselves. Make sure you're aware of what the provider will do with the excess materials ahead of time because I received a credit on my account since their was some excess materials.

They installed the roof but my gutters were not replaced. I called and find out that the gutters, gutter guards and leaf guard were extra. They matched a competitor's bit for the job and finished the work in a timely manner snow and all. They nailed the roof down and checked for no pop-up nails. They offered to come back and check for poppped up nails in the future about 2 years out. They were always polite and proffessional. They listen to me, a little old lady, and came to my aid. I thank them. You will thank them too.
