The end result was great, the company went the extra step to get an exact color match on existing siding that is close 20 years old. The color is a perfect match. The workmanship was very good and clean up was neatly done.

The owner, Tim, and his office staff were great. The materials were delivered on time, and the roof and gutters were replaced. Everything looks wonderful. This company hand nails the roof, which I believe is the best quality. We've had probably over 20 roofing companies in our neighborhood knocking on our doors and replacing roofs, but I believe this company is one of the best.

They were out 3-4 times for the same issue. On every visit, they added another item of work that they thought would fix the problem. I asked if the issue was resolved and they advised to let them know what afters after a rainfall. The way they fixed it, they made the hole narrow, which caused the water to overflow out of the downspout and ruined the mortar and caused ceiling/drywall damage.

This is the easiest project we've done on our house in the last 2 years. Process went smoothly from scheduling the appointment, to the appointment and removal, installation. Tim Mallory provided a thorough quote that included references, insurance information, bond information, company information, and product information. He offered an incentive in his quote for us to make a quick decision (which was pretty much made when he walked in the door). The quote was solid, included all new from the boards up, including flue flashing and pipe caps. We added on the leaf guard system to the amount of trees around our house and negotiated that price without any issues. Questions were answered quickly and easily in lay man's terms for me. The work was done in two days. The roofers arrived before 8:30 on Monday, stripped the back half of the roof and did it. On Tuesday, they arrived around 8:15 a.m. and finished the front half of the roof. Tim called me and said he would stop by on Wednesday to walk the roof, drop off the warranty and review it with us, and if we were happy with the roof, would we pay him at that time. That was so polite and unexpected that it still resonates with me. Tim is professional as are his installers. Jonna, office manager, is quick and efficient at answering questions and sending documents. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof (and recommended him to two co-workers already). Great company, very easy to work with and the easiest house project we've done this year.

They showed up twice on time to give us a quote (we missed the first appointment). Their quote was simple and lower than others we received. They showed up on time to do the work. It was completed in one day. They left no mess at all.

Very well. Arrived on time. Completed project in one hour. During previous inspection, made photos of needed repairs. Very professional and provided a two year workmanship warranty.

We signed the cortract and the work began shortly thereafter. They removed the old roofs and did an exelent job of cleaning up. The new roof was installed along with the skylight. All work was preform per the contract and we are thoroughly satisfied. P.S. This is the second time I have been asked to complete this form.

After a week of stormy weather we noticed 2 leaks in our home. Not knowing the actual age of our roof (we've been here 6 years) we decided to get an expert to check on the roofing problems. Advantage Roofing sent their Northern KY representative, Tim Mallory, out to give us an evaluation. Tim was personable and professional. He could have told us that we needed a new roof and we wouldn't have been surprised. But he indicated that we only had the two spots around the pipes that required replacement. He said our roof would be good for a few more years. He did the repairs in a timely manner and we would highly recommend him as an honest and able roofer.

Tim the owner was very helpful. Quote was done in a timely manner and well below the highest bid I had received. I was offered several upgrades which were all very reasonable. The project was started on time but ran a little over due to weather. One issue with a downspout was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service by Tim and his staff. On site workers were pleasant, professional and left the property clean of debris.

I had two roofing companies come and look at my sagging roof. Advantage and the other company described the exact same repairs and process and the estimates were only $11 apart. Which was very reassuring. I ended up picking the other company, but it was pretty much a coin toss, and Advantage seemed like a good company to work with.

They went over the whole house and gave us a detailed estimate before the work. He was very professional. When they were done they came in and asked lots of questions to make sure we were satisfied and give you the warranty info. They don't collect any money up front.

The experience was a good one. Tim (the owner) gave us an estimate and clearly explained what all was included in the price. I appreciated the fact that Tim's quote included everything in one figure instead of pricing the job low and then asking for additional fees for items most people would want to include in a roof replacement. The job was scheduled and completed within a 10 days of receiving the quote. The Advantage team worked from early morning (7 AM) until about (7 PM) that evening to complete the job in one day. There was some damage done to the front gutter during the project. I notified Tim about the problem after his workers left. Tim came by the next day and agreed to replace the gutter, which was accomplished within 5 days. Another nice touch was that Advantage did not ask for payment of anything until the complete job, including replacement of the damaged gutter, was completed and we said we were satisfied with the job.

Advantage Roofing tried to sell me a system but I didn't want it. They were very nice and the quality was excellent.

We experienced a fairly severe hail storm in April, so I wanted to have a couple of reputable roofing companies give me a fair assessment on the condition of my roof. Advantage was prompt with their inspection and gave me an honest assessment about the damage to my roof along with a reasonable quote to complete the job should we so choose. We never felt pressured by Advantage and they were extremely professional to deal with through the whole process. They worked well with my insurance company and were willing to come out and meet the adjuster if necessary. Once we decided to proceed with Advantage, they were prompt in delivering samples of the various shingles that we were considering. As soon as we decided on the shingle type and color, they were able to start the next week. We experienced a slight delay due to the threat of bad weather, but Advantage finished the job in about a day and half. We really like the roof and they did a nice job cleaning up after the job. The owner came out for a final inspection the next week and answered the few questions that I had. We are very happy with the job and would use Advantage again.

Part of 2nd floor gutter on back of house came down after storm, these were installed when house was built approx. 25 years ago. Searched Angie's List for Advantage Roofing after co-worker recommended them to me. Contacted them and scheduled an appointment, owner Tim came out and did a walk around, made some recommendations and gave us a written estimate. We accepted the estimate while he was still at the house and he gave us a start date and explained what would be done, how long it would take and about the qualifications of the installer. The installer should up on time, let us know he was there and went right to work. He was so quiet we forgot he was even there. At the end of the day he let us know that he was leaving and would be back first thing in the morning, he explained that he only had a couple hours of work left to do. He returned the next morning with another installer and they were finished in no time. They let us know they were finished and we did a walk around, they explained what they did and ask if we had any questions. The owner Tim called several days later and scheduled a time to come out and check the finished work. When he arrived he examined the work with us, ask us if we had any questions or concerns, gave us our paperwork and thanked us. They were happy to take the $100.00 off coupon from Angie's List. This was an all around great experience. We are happy with the materials, happy with the people, happy with the work, happy with the price.

When they first came and made the repair, they used shingles that didn't quite match the rest of the roof. We asked for a better match, finding for them the exact make and style of shingles that were on the roof. They were gracious and accommodating, finding the product we needed, coming out and redoing the entire job with the right product for no additional charge. We and the roofer were surprised to discover that the original roof had not appreciably faded in over 8 years and that you could not tell where the repair had been made. This is a company that is serious about customer service and maintaining a good reputation. Highly recommend them to you.

It went good. It took 2 or 3 days. No complaints. They did not leave anything in the yard.

Jeff was on time, neat, and repaired our roof as hoped. After repairing the hole, he did his best to match the new shingle color with the old. I cannot image how our experience with Jeff and Jonna at Advantage Roofing could have gone any better.

We have used Advantage Roofing twice before--once for our city home, and another time for a garage that was damaged due to a fallen limb of a tree at our summer cottage. The latest roofing job was for the cottage itself. Tim Mallory, the owner, gave us an estimate. He was very thorough. We got estimates from two other companies on Angie's list. One was very close to Tim's, and the other one had a problem getting back to us. We chose Tim's company. They did an excellent job, and so far we cannot see any problems. Cleanup was good and my husband liked the crew. He is hard to please and so am I. We would highly recommend Advantage Roofing.

The owner Tim arrived on time for the estimate inspection and e-mailed it to me the next day. It was significantly less than other estimates and the savings allowed me to afford to have debris screens put on the new gutters. The workmanship was meticulous and the soffits, facia and moldings that were covered with vinyl and aluminum look beautiful and really improve the overall appearance of the house. My concerns and numerous additions and changes to the work order were dealt with patiently and fairly. This company was so honest about the time that the work took that the final bill was actually less than the estimate. Tim, Jonna and Tony were great to deal with and I will be using them for more work in the future and have no reservations about recommending them to others.
