Advantage Pro Painting & Deck Care

I paid extra money for 2 coats of paint which I found out was a scam. I asked them to come back several times to get places on the gutters and downspouts that did not even get one coat of paint. I recently got a drone and found this spot that you can't see from the ground. See the pic. did not bother painting it at all. I guess they may be out of business. not sure. they will not answer a phone
