About us
Advanced Insulation and Environmental Services is a veteran owned, full service insulation and environmental services contractor for commercial and residential clients with over 30 years experience in the home improvement industry. We are one of very few insulation contractors that are 100% focused on our core competency; creating healthy and energy efficient homes and businesses. We don't do roofing, window installation, HVAC or various construction projects on the side. We use only the highest quality materials available and are an ICAA (insulate.org) registered contractor. We don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics. In fact, we don't even believe in Sales Reps. Every visit to your home and cost estimate will come from a uniformed company owner. We also guarantee that we will have a company owner on-site for every project during the entire time that our team is at your home or business and we never outsource projects to sub-contractors.

We have an old 1930’s house that was very poorly sealed and insulated. We had the Advanced Insulation team come in to vacuum out the old attic insulation, air seal, and blow new insulation in to code (R60). They were able to increase the air tightness of our home by nearly 25%. We have an ecobee smart thermostat which has allowed us to compare performance before and after the install. Our furnace now runs 15-20min/hr vs >40min/hr on average before, and the heat distribution in the house is noticeably more stable (typical cold and warm spots are less extreme)

Good service. I do need to get a new garage door opener though. He said that I might need to when he started. It was mounted in such a manner that he couldn’t completely avoid damaging it, but it is a really old one anyway.

The team was courteous and cleaned up the area well. Our project was completed quickly - adding additional insulation to our home attic space and starting from no insulation in the garage attic space. Our second floor bedrooms are a noticeably more stable temperature; there was enough change that the heater settings from prior to having the project completed were now too high! I was able to lower all of our daily settings by a few degrees and still find our family completely comfortable and without cold spots in the house.
