Horrendous experience. Talked to multiple people at some call center none of whom knew what they were doing. Told wrong information about pickup and delivery options. Flowers look cheap and size of bouquet clearly smaller than what we ordered. Customer service experience hostile, obnoxious, and rude for literally no reason. Will never use service again and will tell everyone we know to avoid.

I was out of town and it was my wife's birthday so I called a week prior and made arrangements to have the flowers delivered. Super professional, very accommodating, delivered on time as expected. My wife was actually not at home when they arrived and the driver called to let her know where he'd put them. The arrangement was what I had asked for - all the flowers my wife like. Simple glass vase. Everything was great except I thought it was way too small. I spent $100 plus tax and delivery, so $120 all in. I order flowers quite often and this was, to me, a $60 arrangement. Everything was great, except that.

The flowers were gorgeous and made my mother very happy. It was so easy to order online and the photos on website were very representative of the flowers she received. Delivery was prompt. Will use them for all my floral needs. Website asked how I found them, but they didn't have Angie's list in their drop down.

I had the address slightly off and the website corrected it for me. Then, I was immediately given a receipt of the order. The minute the delivery was made, I was notified by email. It was all very professional and totally unexpected. Then, I was thanked over and over for the beautiful plant. My friend sent me a picture...I was speechless....The plant was absolutely gorgeous! Oh my!
A Durbin has proven to me that they are the best in the city and have earned their stars. No more wondering if "the flowers arrived". Durbin lets you know. What a wonderful discovery. Thanks Angie's List.

I feel like I paid a lot of money. I didn't call very late in the and and it took a full twenty four hours to get them. They wouldn't be my first choice again, but I don't have any reason to avoid them. Being new in the area I would try someone else first.

The arrangement was beautiful. This florist has a great website. The arrangement looked like what I choose on the website except it was even larger and more beautiful then I expected. I've ordered flowers for out-of-town deliveries in the past, and later found that sad, dull flowers were used. Once an arrangement of brown mums was delivered to a nursing home. That florist knew I was in another state and wouldn't see what was sent. Another florist delivered an arrangement of orange and chartruse flowers. Arrangements are expensive and meant to be a lovely gift. I'm more careful when I order flowers now. I couldn't be happier with the service and flowers from this florist. They even took the time to call to let me know that my internet order was received. I will use this florist again and highly recommend them.

I selected & ordered the arrangement from their website, and put in special instructions asking for the flowers to be all pink (the recipient's favorite color). The arrangement was delivered to the hospital within a day I didn't see the arrangement, but the recipient said it was pretty & the flowers were pink.
