I am tremendously happy with them. I can call and they are out to me within a reasonable time. If I have an emergency I can rest assure they will be there quick. They are also very knowledgeable. If I have questions, they go over the work with me.

This is the third time we have called Adco when we have had problems with our 25 yr old (now) air conditioner.  We have always been pleased with their service and this time was not an exception.  We realized our air conditioner was not working on a Saturday evening.  We called Adco and a serviceman called us back within a half hour.  He said he would stop over early am the next (Sunday) morning.  He came around 8am and was able to replace one part, but the other part we needed was an odd size and he didn't have that size in his truck (he explained and showed the parts to us).  He said he would stop back in his shop to see if they had one there, if not, he would have to get one early Monday am and replace it then.  He called soon after and told us that he didn't have the right size and would have to get it in the am and would be over around 8 the next morning.  We were not going to be home at that time, but the unit was outside and he didn't need us to be there.  He came over like he said, replaced the part, checked that it was working and called us to let us know the status.  Couldn't have asked for better service -- these things always seem to happen on the weekend.  He kept us informed and followed through on our problem.  
Will continued to call Adco for our air conditioning needs in the future.

ADCO HEATING & AIR COND do what they say they're going to do. They're on time, the price is what they stated and the product is installed properly. They clean up and haul away any necessary trash. They don't leave any mess behind. It's basically what you would expect from an A/C company. I would absolutely use them again. I use them all the time.

A couple of years ago my furnace went out in the dead of winter. I called a bunch of places and they were the first to respond. The service is excellent and their charges are reasonable. They are here usually within an hour. They are great. Their punctuality is beyond reproach. They are very professional. I will continue to use them.

The technicians' ability to troubleshoot are expert, fast and professional.  At the completion of all four service calls, the technician explained the work tasks performed and didn't try to sell me on anything beyond the scope of maintenance required to correct the problem.  Overall, I consider this company to be outstanding and I intend to call upon them for all future HVAC needs.

Adco was very responsive and worked hard to make the installation right. Initially, Matt Hayden came and gave an extensive estimate for the work. He took the time to discuss several options, including geothermal and a second heat-pump manufacturer. Adco offered the highest efficiency (on the heating mode of operation, which we use more than A/C) and lowest price of several quotes obtained. Scott led the pair of technicians who installed the unit. As warned, they needed to cut many holes in the basement ceiling drywall to replace the refrigerant lines. They left the entire work area and basement clean, except for some small debris inside the furnace room right around the main heat exchanger. Two problems arose that were resolved fairly quickly. First, although the quotation listed a new thermostat, they did not install one until I asked as they were about to leave. The bigger problem was that, in cooling mode, the heat pump stopped working after few hours of operation. Adco needed to make two return visits to identify the problem correctly. It was a defective valve sold by a third party; Scott informed me that many such defects have been found across the industry, because one supplier makes almost all the valves of this type. Each time I called Adco to report the problem, Scott came within a day. Overall, they were very responsive, and we have been satisfied with the installation overall.

I had previously bought a service contract with ADCO for 1 Spring AC tune-up and 1 Fall Furnace tune-up. ADCO called me with a reminder and was very flexible in setting up a service time. The Serviceman was very punctual. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the outside unit and also checked the inside thermostat. He was very patient in answering my questions and I feel very confident that my no-longer-new AC is ready for the hot days ahead.

We have known them for over twenty years. They are very responsive and very good. They have done a lot of different projects for us.

They were very friendly, helpful and courteous. He offered me suggestions for efficiency and how to possibly avoid the problem occurring again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

One of the owners actually came out to inspect the unit and shared info with me for how I can determine what is wrong with my heating and cooling system in the future. After he found the problem he told me what it would cost and even gave me an Angie's List discount. I have used them in the past after they quoted jobs much lower than other companies for jobs like replacing a condenser, where others wanted $1400 and Adco charged $800. They do a great job, and I will continue to use them.

They did an excellent job, showed up on time, & performed the work promised (even after I had to leave for work). When I came home, they had actually fit the new unit so well into the old space, it looks like the original fireplace. And they did not need the mantle kit I had purchased; so I returned it & it nearly covered the installation cost! I would highly recommend Adco.

The installer was very professional and very interested in the overall appearance and functionality of the equipment installed. Upon completing job, installer cleaned work area and thanked me for allowing him the opportunity to demonstrate his service.
