We had new carpet installed and needed several pieces cut and bound to match to place throughout the lower level to give added protection to high traffic areas. A few of the pieces were tricky cuts. They did eveything exactly as we wanted and in the time frame we needed.Since they are a small shop it isn't always possible to get someone on the phone immediately, but they were always prompt in returning my calls and setting up times that suited my schedule for delivery and pick-up. I would definitely use them again.

They do carpet cleaning and alterations. I had called them and they said to bring the carpet up and give them the measurements and they would be glad to look at it. I did that at about 11 am. They made some suggestions on how I should trim it because of the pattern. They gave me some options. They completely seamed the carpet all the way around. They did a great job and I had it that afternoon about 4 pm. They are a little company and another carpet cleaning company had recommended them to me. They did great. It is a little tiny family company. It is a hole in the wall operation. It was kind of cute watching their daughter play hide and seek among the carpet rolls. When I came everything was ready to go. The carpet was wrapped up and ready to haul away. I would recommend them. They are kind of like a blue jeans and t-shirt operation but they understand the quality of good service.
