I really can't say enough about Kyle Humphrey and his team! From quote to final payment they've been helpful, kind, and professional. The quote was competitive and I also got a high quality roof– he wasn't ever looking to cut corners. They answered every single question I had, and were awesome at communicating about timing. I'd recommend them to anyone I know, especially if you need a rubber roof.

He put on a new roof and gutters 11 years ago and still looks great. I expect another 19 years of life off the 30 year shingles.

Kyle's demanding schedule from clients who want his service prohibit him from responding often on email. His lean process of sales by referral vs expensive advertising means he can fit more work in, more clients, less costs. As a result, this is a winner for both the customer and Ace Exteriors. I am so glad I went local with ACE and will use him again.

I noticed that water was coming over the gutters when it rained. The downspouts were stopped up.
I   called on Friday and they came out today, 3 days later. I feel that was very quick.
2 workers came out and found the gutter were stopped up. There was also some debris in the gutters. The clean the gutter and got the debris out of the downspouts.

Rain water was getting through the roof because the rubber seals around 2 roof vent pipes were worn out. I called the office of Ace exteriors and they called back in a few hours, and then came out the next day. They explained what was going on and even showed me from inside the house, looking at the attic space.
They gave me a price to replace both, which I thought was a good price. They came back later that afternoon and did the work. Cleaned up after their work.

I called Kyle for an estimate and he was prompt in returning my call and coming out to give us an estimate.  He made a big effort to explain the quality of the product he was using, what his crew would do, and when it would be completed.  He recommended we get a couple of estimates and to make sure we were comparing apples to apples when it came to grade of shingles, tar paper, etc.  What can I say?  His crew came out when promised, was small, courteous, cleaned up everything, and were friendly.  Whenever I have been asked about roofers, I am quick to give Ace Exteriors a shout out!!

I called and they came out the next day. Went up into the attic and found where the wate was coming in and showed me. they came back out the next day and conducted the repairs.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY ACE EXTERIORS. THEY WERE NOT THE LOWEST BID, BUT I BELIEVE THEY WERE THE BEST VALUE. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH, USED QUALITY MATERIALS AND KNOW HOW TO DO ROOFING RIGHT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

THEIR WORK WAS HALF THE PRICE OF SOME OF OUR OTHER QUOTES AND THE FINAL CHARGE WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND POLITE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP WAS TOP NOTCH. WHEN WE HAD A SMALL LEAK, THEY FOLLOWED UP PROMPTLY AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE AND NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. THEY WERE EXCEPTIONAL TO WORK WITH.
