ACCURATE IMPROVEMENTS

I would advise all readers to completely avoid Mr. Reed. He is dishonest and unreliable. He has lied to me repeatedly - saying that he put the drawings in my mailbox and then saying that he had mailed a refund to me. He did neither. At this point Mr. Reed won't even return my phone calls. I would also advise all readers that Mr. Reed is capable of putting on a good show up front in order to get your business - but he will not follow through. I was considering hiring him to be the general on my rehab. He put on a parade of subcontracts who walked through my house so they could give him - and he could give me- an accurate bid - Even though he claimed to have 9 employees and claimed that he would only sub out the HVAC and the electrical and plumbing work. It took him over a month to put a final bid amount together and once he got my $500 check he suddenly was unable to keep an appointment to meet with me to deliver the drawings and discuss his bid to rehab my house.
