Excellent. No problems. Great value.

My son and I looked for awhile for a used pool table, checking Craigs List and other billiards dealers.  We found the other dealers were asking too much in our opinion.  We found Jim at Accu Level here on Angies List.  Jim was quick to call me back and flexible as far as when to meet to show me what he had in stock at the time.  He took his time explaining to me the differences in quality in each of the tables he had.  He showed me different types of felt and explained the reason one was more expensive than the other, giving me the option for the better one, but did not pressure me at all.   I feel that we got a real quality table for a very fair price.  He came out to our house on the day he said he would, right on time, and set the table up.  The table plays like a dream and we could not be happier.
It is really hard to trust people when you are buying something that you are not totally familiar with.  With Jim, I really got a sense that he was fair and was giving me a good price.  
If I was ever to move from the house I am in now I would not hesitate to call him to move the table and set it up again.  His work is top notch and the pride he takes in his work really shows!

Jim and his partner arrived on time, confirmed the cloth color, and immediately set to work. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. The pockets are well constructed and the rails and bed are perfectly covered. The table looks and plays better than it ever has, and I've owed and played on this table since 1992.
I upgraded the cloth used, so while the service was not inexpensive, when considering how many years of enjoyment I and others will receive, it is well worth the investment.
