Delivery was right on time and the gentleman that delivered was very friendly. Everything arrived as it should have. The linens were in bags and folded on hangers.
Description of Work: I called Academy Rentals to rent some items for my wedding. We rented a small tent, linens, and their photo booth. They exceeded my expectations in every way. The pricing was very reasonable (lower than most companies), the service was excellent and very friendly, and the quality of the tent and tablecloths were great! The photo booth was the hit of the party! It came with a box of fun props and double prints of the pictures so my husband and I got a set in a scrapbook and our guests got one to take home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for my next party.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON THAT I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE MOONWALK WAS EASY TO USE AND THE KIDS LOVED IT. BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, WE WERE ABLE TO KEEP THE MOONWALK AN EXTRA DAY FOR NO CHARGE.
Description of Work: WE RENTED A MOONWALK FOR MY CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. WE PICKED IT UP AND RETURNED IT FROM THEIR OFFICE/WAREHOUSE. THEY PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS AND EMERGENCY NUMBERS. ACADEMY RENTAL LOADED IT INTO MY VEHICLE AND UNLOADED IT UPON ITS RETURN.
