Above The Rest Window & Gutter Cleaning

Excellent and even had suggestion for where I can get my first generation Pella window screens repaired.

Everything went really well. We have bene using them for years and would highly recommend them. They called back quickly and happened to have a cancellation so I was able to get them out quickly. They are extremely nice and professional and they work quickly and do a great job. The pricing is very fair.

Their work is fine, but I am unable to reach them by phone to schedule any future service. They do not return calls.

We have been customers of "Above The Rest" for about 8 years . They have cleaned our windows in Spring and Fall every year

since. Tracy & Vickie are extremely nice people and pleasant to do business with.  They are always Punctual (often ahead of schedule), Professional and do an excellent job. They never leave a mess and we don't have to take down the blinds or curtains. We have recommended them to our friends..

We used above the rest for several years and were very happy with the service.  However, this spring they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to come clean the gutters.  I waited a few days figuring they would eventually arrive and finally called and left a message, but never heard back.

They were very punctual, friendly and thorough. They did a wonderful job.

I called.  Vicki called me back.  We arranged the date and time and they arrived as scheduled.  As always they completed the work arranged.

Last fall, we had to call a few times before we got a response from them. Their excuse was that their answering machine ate the messages. This spring, we have now contacted them a total of 5 times and have gotten no response. This saddens me because they had been so great.

They showed up on time. They were very personable and worked efficiently. The only problem I had was they left a hose on. Otherwise, they did a good job.

Dave is pleasant, efficient and does excellent work; his wife handles scheduling and is very helpful and good to talk with (this applies to both window cleaning and gutter cleaning.)

The cleaning process was very quick and inexpensive. I would recommend this company to a friend or co-worker.

Message left with contact number was returned within 24 hours and I had an estimate within two days. Just to clean windows would have been $180 but I opted to add additional services as listed. There was a threat of rain on the day I was scheduled and they were very flexible and left it up to me if I would prefer to reschedule. The job was completed in less than two hours. Workers were professional, polite and thorough. My windows look great and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They came at the time they said they would and went right to work, a team of three, Dave, Vickie and their 17 year old son. Dave cleaned the outside, and Vickie and their son cleaned the inside windows. I moved some furniture from the windows, but they told me they would do that. They put everything back in place and then went to work on the gutters. I stayed out of their way and just let them do their work. They did a good job. I told them I wanted them to come back this fall for gutters and windows again, and then twice a year from now on out. I am very pleased.

They were excellent! Of the 4 companies that I called (all from this list), they were the only ones who returned my call. They were professional, worked around my schedule and my windows look great! I will absolutely use them again.

They did a fantastic job, worth every penny. My windows have never looked so clean. My daughter even said that she could not tell that they were closed, because she could see through them so clearly. They came on time, were professional and courteous and let me know about a crack in one of my gutters. I will be hiring them again.

Experience was great. Easy to schedule the appointment. They had to reschedule once because of weather but they called ahead of time and came the next day as promised. They do great work especially considering the price and the difficulty in reaching some of my windows.

SCHEDULING WAS HANDLED WELL AND DAVE WAS PUNCTUAL AND THOROUGH. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS FOR BOTH GUTTER CLEANING AND WINDOW CLEANING WITH NO COMPLAINTS.

DAVE COMES WITHIN AN HOUR OR TWO OF THE PROMISED TIME, AND DOES HIS WORK WELL. THE WOMAN (HIS WIFE?) WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS ALWAYS NICE AND IS ABLE TO QUICKLY SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.

ABOVE THE REST PROVIDED VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY HAD SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS, CALLED WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO BE A FEW MINUTES LATE AND THEN ARRIVED AT THE REVISED TIME. THEY WORKED QUICKLY, LEFT NO MESS AND THE WINDOWS LOOKED GREAT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR WINDOW CLEANING.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND CLEANED UP WELL.
