Rodney one of the owners came out to a house we were purchasing. He made us feel very relaxed and involved us as much as we wanted as he went through the house. He showed up early, fit us in the day we called and was very good.

George showed and explained to me all of the things you need to know as a buyer (I am a first time home buyer). He patiently took me around as he examined the property and answered my questions. He also informed me of things that will help me in the future. I received a hard copy report the same day which listed the problems found and recommendations of what needed to be fixed and who would be able to perform the work. I also received an electronic copy within 1-2 days which included pictures showing the things that were looked at and the problems if any. This report is something that I will be able to use not only now, but in the future. George's reports were comprehensive and easy to understand. The individual who conducted the termite inspection was also professional and very good about explaining how to prevent this problem from occurring and products were suggested for future use. I highly recommend this company if you need a home inspection.

I had been traveling and had forgotten to schedule an inspection prior to close, which was happening at 8:00 am the next day. With 30 minutes notice, at 9:45 at night, he showed up to my house to do the inspection. He was complete, thorough, very polite, and extremely detailed. His work allowed me to catch a couple of things to be addressed prior to closing. I cannot say enough how lucky I was to find Mr. Weil and AAA. His help saved me from having any issues in my new home - he is an absolute gem!!!

SERVICE PROVIDED WAS EXCELLENT. OUR INSPECTOR, DARLENE, WHO IS HEAD OF THE COMPANY, WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. MOST IMPORTANTLY, SHE WAS INCREDIBLY THOROUGH, AND SHOWED EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF STRUCTURAL CONSIDERATIONS AND HOUSING CODE REGULATIONS. NOT EVERY HOME INSPECTION SERVICE HAS THE EXPERTISE TO ASSESS 70 YEAR OLD HOMES, BUT AAA DEFINITELY DOES.
