It went great. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He knew exactly how to prepare the car to be pulled out of the ditch/rut. We had pulled the car off the driveway into a low spot which turned into a pile of mud when we tried to drive the car out of the yard. The driver knew exactly how to find the hook where he would hook up the car to pull it out. He stayed with us until we were able to completely move the car onto the driveway and out of any low, wet spot. ti
