Real Estate Service
The process was extremely slow due to his unwillingness to work with my agent or communicate with his client. There were several phone calls from the seller to my agent where she didn't understand how the process worked and how Gary wasn't helping his client get the property sold. Communication is key and in the electronic age it shouldn't be so hard to communicate between people but when phone calls go and voice mail go unanswered and emails responded with faxes I can only assume he wanted to make it as difficult as possible to sell the house.
