TERRBILE, AND I MEAN TERRBILE SERVICE!!!
Not only did they not remove the stains, I was still charged FULL price and I wasn't going to be told. The lady took my payment, then gave me my item and just went to the back for several minutes. She didn't even bother to tell me the stains did not come out. They weren't even lightened or anything (there was a makeup stain and mustard stain). I carefully looked over my garment before leaving and then had to wait to ask why I was being charged full price when literally nothing was accomplished. RUN FAR AWAY. Not only was the cleaning TERRBILE, but the customer service representative was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!

"The moment we received this notice, our operations manager contacted Ms. [member name removed] and apologized for her experience. Since this took place back in February, it is difficult to address the specific issue discussed in her comments. However, our operations manger offered a $25.00 store credit and requested that Ms. [member name removed] ask for her the next time she is in so she can review the items and discuss our procedures. We at A-One take every opportunity, positive and negative, to review our procedures and improve our quality and service. I am confident that Ms. [member name removed] will find a completely different kind of experience on her next visit to A-One."

They are always very prompt and professional - we've been using them for years and wouldn't switch. Our delivery guy (Greg) even brings treats for our dog & knows his name. Great group of folks.

A-One was disappointing for us. Although we used them exclusively for about a year, we look back now and wonder why. With each new headache, we would tell ourselves, surely this won't happen again, but were proved wrong again and again. The most significant issue with A-One is with consistent quality. Although they usually did a reasonably good job with the most basic items (shirts and pants), they had a terrible time with any kind of stain/spot (on all types of clothing). I am very diligent in marking any spots when I put my clothes in the laundry bag, so the dry cleaner always gets a clear indication of where the spot was. Initially, they would get spots about 50% of the time, which was frustrating enough, however their success ratio on the first pass got worse and worse until we pretty much knew that anything with a spot was going back at least once more after we got it back the first time. I have never had this kind of trouble with another dry cleaner. Additionally, they damaged a couple of items of clothing and refused to replace it. They always tried to "repair" the damage (usually small holes or tears), but the repairs were always obvious, making the clothes unfit to wear in a professional work environment. Finally, while one of the two women who operates our location was very friendly and courteous, the other woman was routinely rude and unprofessional when dealing with any complaint. The final straw was when they cleaned an area rug, which was supposed to take one week. It ended up taking three and they never could tell us how much longer it was going to be. In the end they told us it was going to be another week and then that they had lost it, before we demanded the rug be returned. One of the other two dry cleaners in my area are has some similar quality issues, but none of the customer service problems of A-One and the company we use now, which is a top-notch operation, but is expensive.
