very professional and attentive. In route to the first stop, part of the limousine was not cooling down, so the driver summoned several vehicles to the location in order for the bride to choose what she wanted for the remainder of the tranport. We ended up with a party bus in place of the limo. We were very pleased with how they handled the problem and corrected it!

Limo was timely in picking up passengers at pick-up point.
Driver allowed me to decorate the limo to make it festive and had cooler, ice and glasses for the soft drinks that I provided.
Driver was professional and friendly. Driver introduced the teens to the limo - outlining the amenities and how to use them. Driver provided good ideas for the surprise pick up of daughter to enhance the surprise and to allow for the best pictures. Ride included two stops - at a park for pictures and at a restaurant for dinner. Driver provided hisbusiness card/phone number to both my daughter and myself (who met group at stops). Driver was quick to respond to phone calls.
Limo was very clean and well maintained.
When the group had extra time after dinner, the driver suggested that he take them to Downtown Cincinnati. This was a fantastic suggestion as the teens stopped at Fountain Square, left the limo and took great pictures around the fountain.
Limo returned teens in a timely manner at the pick-up point. I met the limo to gather all of the decorations and remove the major garbage (pop cans, etc).
Would hire this company again.
