Vicki met me at my home and had a brief consultation with me to determine what my needs were; did I want the whole house cleaned every time, with emphasis on certain areas (ie baseboards each month), etc. We did a walkthrough and she let me know her rate was $25 per hour and asked me if I wanted her to limit it to a maximum number of hours (we agreed on 5) and I was thrilled that she was able to complete the work during that time.
