Price is what drove me to this company. I was irritated about the advertised price versus what the actual sales guy quoted me. Gave me some lame excuse why my windows fell outside of the advertised promotion. Which didnt make any sense my windows were standard size that you would find in 80% of homes. Besides that the windows are great so far. The installers arrived on time and was finish within 4 hours. I am now a believer that a vinly window is a vinly window. I paid 10 years ago 2.5 times more with Gilky than what I would have paid with this company. I would say the warranty for Gilkey is great not sure yet if A-better window will be the same. Time will tell. I also had some trouble nailing down my install date that is why I gave a score of a D for responsivness.

WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL. WINDOWS HAD THE SAME GLASS AND INNER WORKINGS AS MORE EXPENSIVE WINDOWS, JUST A BETTER PRICE. IT TOOK 1 1/2 DAYS FOR INSTALLATION. I DID HAVE TO CLEAR THE WINDOW AREA FOR THEM TO WORK, BUT, IT WAS WORTH IT. THE OFFICE IS SMALL AND THEY QUOTE YOU A PRICE RIGHT OVER THE PHONE. NO FANCY SALESMAN TO PUSH YOU INTO A DECISION.
