A & A MOWER

After two weeks I finally get my mower back which was in for a tuneup and just home pull into garage and blades don’t engage! I am beyond upset and of course no one ever answers the phone. I will be calling my credit card company first thing as this is a joke and they should not even be allowed to be in business. They need to get with the program!

Excellent service, mower starts with one pull.  Very happy with the service, price, and outcome.  Busy time of the year due to fall weather/leaves - but still got it done in the amount of time they estimated.  And they called me with the details and estimate prior to doing the work.  Unloaded and loaded the mower from my vehicle too.

This was my second time using the company, and everything went well.  The staff was honest and straight-forward, they did a good job with the tune up, and they completed the work on time.

Two completely different experience--I'll let the details speak:  
AA Mower:  Arrived at 9:10 a.m. to see a closed sign on their door.  I saw a gentlemen behind the counter so I thought they must have forgotten to change the sign. By the time I had unloaded my lawn mower the sign had been changed to "open" and the front door unlocked.  I explained the issues with my dad's lawn mower (that he had recently passed away), with hardly a word of greeting or condolence, he wrote up the ticket and as I was about to leave, he said, "it should be about two weeks." (That's understandable this time of year, I'm not troubled by that).  I decided that I would attempt the repair myself and left--loading the lawn mower myself.  I should explain that there were no other customers at the time.
Bramble Mower (about 10 minutes after leaving AA Mower):  Arrived in the parking lot.  A gentlemen came out to meet me and asked how they could be of service.  I explained the issues with my father's lawn mower (that he had recently passed away and I didn't know when it had last been serviced).  He expressed condolences and asked about my dad.  He then said, "I should let you know that we are looking at about 2-3 weeks for a repair."  He then suggested that I might want to attempt a repair myself and helped as best he could to diagnose the issue.  He recommended that considering the value of the lawn mower that a repair might not be cost effective but that I should see if my own tune up would fix the issues.  He proceeded to sell me the necessary items (less than $10) for the tune up.  He then had my lawn mower loaded back into the van and thanked me for my business.  He spent time explaining my dad's lawn mower and what I might consider purchasing down the road--advising me to purchase a used lawn mower off Craig's List--explaining the type I should look for (This lawn mower is kept at my mother's house).  By the way, Bramble sells high end mowers--one of which he could have tried to sell me!
There it is.

I was on awaiting list for about 4 weeks and then scheduled for pickup.  Every thing was done professionally.  The service took about 3 days but because I was not available, we agreed upon a week later.  The mowers were delivered early to my satisfaction.
Everything worked perfectly.

A&A Mower repaired the wheel spindle on our lawn tractor.  We also had them tune the engine and complete some other routine work while it was in shop.  They picked up the mower at our home and took it to their shop to repair. Once work was completed, they returned the mower. Pick up and delivery is an extra service that they offer and charge is based on location. 

During peak season it can take a long time to get work completed.  Our tractor broke in May and it took 4 weeks for work to be completed.  However, their service is very, very reliable so we were willing to wait.  We have used them during the off season and work was done in a few days.   If needed, we will definitely use this company again.

The service was quick, completed in a week and at a reasonable cost. This is second time we have used A&A Mower and will use them again.

Tried to have mower blades sharpend at another dealer and it was going to take 2 weeks.  A & A Mower was able to sharpen the blades while I waited.

The only reason it wasn't A's all across the bobard is that they were so busy it took them a week to get to the work.  I fully expected that given the time of year.

This shop will not impress based on facility and cleanliness but the work is well work putting up with less flash.

Very well. I did have to take it in to their shop for service.

Four year-old mower wouldn't run, despite my best efforts to get it ready for the season.  When I took it, it was the beginning of the mowing season, so A & A warned me it would be a while before they could even look at it.  They eventually got around to diagnosing it, called with an estimate, and had it ready the next day.  Runs good as new: even the choke, which had stopped working properly, is now fully functional.

GOOD JOB, THEY WERE VERY BUSY, BUT THE REPAIR WAS DONE WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY INITIALLY STATED.

WE PURCHASED OUR MOWER FROM A & A AND CONTINUE TO HAVE MAINTENANCE DONE YEARLY. THE GUYS THERE ARE THOROUGH AND KNOW THEIR MOWERS. THEY REPLACED THE ROPE AND STARTER HANDLE FOR FREE, BECAUSE IT CAME OUT OF THE MOORING AND GOT CHEWED UP BY THE MOWER A YEAR AFTER OF THE PURCHASE.
